Possible to post activities with images and a hyperlink?

We're working on an app that creates activities, and we're wondering if it's possible to add images and a hyperlink in the description? Just wondering what's possible, thanks!

The hyperlink in the description is possible but you could have just tested that for yourself. Images of course not, the description is a text field.
