Webhook event with updates visibility everyone for before connection to the app

I have a new user connected to my app two days ago. Out of the sudden I am reciving batches and batches of webhook events for activities updates. The updates are:

Activities to be updated are from 2014, 2015, 2016 and so on. I have asked the user how she did it. And she says she have changed the account visibility about 2 weeks ago.

So my question is are those events are still coming from that change 2 weeks ago (before connecting to my app) or there is some other logic behind such webhooks behavior?

Just to let others know I can confirm described behavior. Webhooks came every 12 minutes in batches of 10. They just stopped last midnight after two weeks on processing by Strava. They came to my app after the user connected to my app.
