I just started using the app. I have problem because it does not record my activities.
case 1: I started recording my morning yoga. I don’t have my phone on my, it was next to me. When I finished the training after 35 min I stopped recording but the time in the app was just few minutes.
case 2: next day I was doing my Pilates and after I started recording this activity I had the phone in my pocket. Still it didn’t correctly recorded the time
case 3: I went swimming (obviously no phone with me), again it didn’t record the time.
question: how to record the time of activities that you do without your phone or you do them in one location?

Hi Scout,
thank you for your reply. I’ve tried to switch off access to gps data for the app, but in such case the app refuses to start recording the activity and demands allowing tracking.
When recording swimming I started recording just before I started, and I left my phone in my bag. I stopped recording when so went out from the water.

Hey @HannaMajka,
Thanks for posting about this. When recording indoor activities, it's important to disable GPS on your recording device. If you don't, the GPS data in the file makes it difficult for Strava to show the correct distance, time and speed for your activity. More information HERE. As for your swimming activity, how were you recording the activity if you did not have your phone with you? If this was not recorded with a 3rd party app, you can create a manual activity; find more info here.
