One integration feature that some runners on STRAVA might not know about is CityStrides, which is a website that pulls GPS activity data and aggregates a percentage of streets completed in cities around the world.  This is currently only viewable on the CityStrides site, but those participating might like to see and/or show off how many streets they've finished within STRAVA itself.

This could be framed as just another "challenge" runners can opt into, similar to the monthly distance/endurance already offered, with an inceremental percentage completetion after each run.

I realize that the existing personal heat map functionality captures some of this already, but lacks the granularity of a percentage-based metric.

Cheers @dougivey for planting the seed on this.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, this is something that would have to be done on CityStrides' end. We have a publicly available API that hundreds of external developers use to integrate with Strava data. Integrations are built and maintained by those 3rd party developers. For more information, feel free to check out https://developers.strava.com/
