One integration feature that some runners on STRAVA might not know about is CityStrides, which is a website that pulls GPS activity data and aggregates a percentage of streets completed in cities around the world. This is currently only viewable on the CityStrides site, but those participating might like to see and/or show off how many streets they've finished within STRAVA itself.
This could be framed as just another "challenge" runners can opt into, similar to the monthly distance/endurance already offered, with an inceremental percentage completetion after each run.
I realize that the existing personal heat map functionality captures some of this already, but lacks the granularity of a percentage-based metric.
Cheers @dougivey for planting the seed on this.
Thanks for the suggestion, however, this is something that would have to be done on CityStrides' end. We have a publicly available API that hundreds of external developers use to integrate with Strava data. Integrations are built and maintained by those 3rd party developers.
