Integrate course points / waypoints in route builder

On Garmin and other devices you have the possibility to add some important point called waypoints or course points. They are very useful to get some context of the route, additional information, or remainders. You can give them a name, symbole/topic and description. During the navigation, in Garmin for exemple, you have the up-ahead menu, where you can check the waypoints, distance, time, etc.

I believe Strava is already working on this - with a special support for Garmin.
