View historical KOM

It would be super cool to be able to see historically what the KOM has been over time. The purpose of this is that for most of us, our records will eventually be beaten, but it would be cool to be able to look back on a segment and see the record over time.

@Bryant no it's not the same idea.  This one is about the evolution of each segment KOM over time. So for each KOM it would show every time it's been beaten and by how much.  The other link you referenced is about viewing your own personal KOM history.  Those are very different things.  Personally, I think the evolution of the KOM is a much more valuable feature.
