Add "workout" is a part of Strava Goals, it would be nice to log the results from the boring of season training as well. So in a way similar to like FTPs and W, in a nice graphical way keep track of standard exercises.This as Deadlift, benchpress, Squats etc. With personal records and tracking over time. This to motivate some extra lifts during the off season and to come out even stronger for the coming season on the saddle.
Could be like a list of exercises an add results and date, and then those exercises are shown. And just add them to the other Goals choices that are available.
And then also present them in a section similar to this maybe...
And also something likethis, results over time.
