Enable private virtual segment comparison for club members/followers

When making a segment in the zwift world, it will always made private.
Why not make it possible to make a "club-sement" That members of that club can see.
After a race its fun to compare the races between friends. But it only works if the race is on a map that has a registered segment. On custom races it wont work. But would have been great to have a possibility to compair a private made segments between friends

Hi Team, is there any method of creating a segment that has some sort of control over access/viewing? ie. isn't publicly searchable? From the query above it appears it can't be attached to a Club, but what about creating an Event? Or some method of making it only viewable to Followers?

This is something I’ve been wondering about, although with real world segments,rather than virtual.

It would be good to share segments with followers, rather than having to make them public to be able to compare times - I’m particularly thinking of segments in quiet residential areas, where the occasional runner/cyclist is fine, but having large numbers of people could be disturbing, or even hazardous, for the people living there.

Just my thoughts…
