Invite Others to Activity: Sort Athlete list by Frequency Rather than Alphabetically

When manually adding others to an activity, instead of having alphabetically ordered "athletes who follow you", it'd be convenient to have them ordered a little more intelligently by suggesting athletes who you frequently tag at the top.
