Map and Stats split screen displayed

 I would like to have a split screen with the map on top and the stats below. Unfortunately, that only happens when I pause my ride.

Thanks for your post!  Can you clarify if you are wanting the split screen you describe on the Strava Mobile App, while a recording is in progress?  If that's not the case, please provide more details.  Thank you.
