My Segments - Multiple Segment Lists

Today, you have one large area where all of your segments are kept - My Segments.

Within that page there are currently 3 tabs. My Segments, Created Segments, and Hidden Segments.

My idea and feature request is to allow a user to create more than one list of My Segments.

Create new 'List'

Name new list, add segments to list.

Optional: Add an additional option when 'Starring' a segment to choose 'What Segment List do you want to add this segment to?' Or just add them all to My Segments and do the organizing from that screen.

This idea is based on a few things.

1.) It would be nice to sort segments by direction (example: North Segments, West Segments, etc)

2.) It would be nice to sort segments on terrain type (example: Road, Gravel, MTB) or...

3.) It would be nice to sort segments on activity type in a list (example: Road Running Segments, Trail Running Segments, MTB segments, etc)

Overall, now that Strava has grown there are more segments for more activity types.
We should allow the users to sort those segments into custom lists.

Fully agree, especially on point 3 - filter by activity type. Reason: There might be Velomobile segments out there, but no way to search and find them.

Folders or custom lists so users can organize segments or routes based on whatever they please?

A folder of MTB routes or segments, a folder of road segments, a folder of commute routes, a folder of running segments, etc.

I saw this on Reddit about someone requesting a Route folder structure which brought me back here
