I would like to easily track how my fitness is improving over time.  I think the best data for this, that Strava already captures would be heart rate at a given constant wattage over time.  For example a 200 watt chart, with date on the X axis and hear rate on the Y axis.  The activity pie chart for HR zones in not useful and looking at the data one activ
