Add a way to star segments when viewing a route

It would be great if it would be possible to favorite segments when viewing a route. Right now it is possible to see the segments in for example route like this https://www.strava.com/routes/2940068794414385848

However it is not possible favorite the segments without clicking the segment link. It seems that at least a very similar functionality is already implemented in your infrastructure because the "starring" is already available when viewing a ride that has already been done, for example: https://www.strava.com/activities/8824074474

It would make adding my favorite segments when preparing for a climbing group ride much easier if the stars would be available also before the ride.

Love the idea.  Super relevant for club rides / "Wednesday Night Worlds" type rides.

Please show segments that have been starred by the route creator at the top of the list of segments. 

This is to ensure the route does go through all the segments selected.  A workaround is to export the route, add timestamps and import, not ideal but currently the only way I have thought of to ensure the route goes through all segments
