Hello colleagues

I have created a private club defined as "cycling".
Several members have been added to the group. Unfortunately, I've recently noticed that some member activities are not showing up in weekly. I checked and the cycling activities that are missing are set as public, so it's not a question of permissions.
Have you encountered such a situation?

Thanks.

Hey @MarcYak
Thanks for your post. Several things could prevent activities from counting towards a Club leaderboard. Some common reasons are:

  • Club leaderboards only include the top 100 athletes and the past week of data. If a persons totals are less than the 100th ranked athlete or the activities took place more than two weeks ago, they will not be on the leaderboard.

  • Activities viewable by only you will not count towards your Club totals or appear in Club feeds.

  • The activity may be flagged.  Activities with excluded efforts will not count toward club leaderboard results,

  • The activity does not correspond to the Club's activity type. Running, walking, riding, etc., club leaderboards will only include runs, walks, and rides, respectively. Multisport and triathlon club leaderboards will include runs, rides, and swims.

If the above is not the case for members of your club, please submit a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at your club and find out what's going on. (Be sure to include the club in question as well as any examples of the activities that you believe should be showing).
