Wanted to toss this out there, as I’m sure that I am not the only one frustrated on this front. Self-pop muscle maps are kind of pointless for me.
I totally get the appeal, don’t get me wrong, but I track my strength training in an analog format, and use muscle maps solely for the social aspect of strava, and somewhat to keep track of my split. There isn’t nearly enough variety available in the workout movements, and even if there was, I would much rather just select the muscles I targeted in that workout.
No shade to the feature, I’m sure it is very useful to many, but I just want to be able to simply select the muscles off the map like I used to be able to. Please bring this back!!
