Subscribed to the annual membership on 16 March 2026 and forgot to cancel it, ended up paying for the membership on 15 April.
Tried to cancel it and request for a refund through Google Play, but can't seem to find the Strava payment anywhere.
I checked the Google Play app and website but the Strava payment doesn't show up anywhere even though my bank shows that the payment was made through Google.
The email used to pay and subscribe to the subscription is also the same, so I can't seem to figure out the issue. Does anyone have a similar experience and know how to resolve it?
