Hi there, I recent got the app to try it out. I then tried to cancel the subscription before the annual subscription was taken out due to not really getting on with the app and have just seen that the money has still been taken from bank. Is there anyway I can please be refunded as tried to cancel the subscription before it purchased it for the year.
