I would like to request a refund for a recent subscription purchase made on my account. Below are the details:
Subscription: Strava (1-Year Plan)
Amount: ₱1,500.00
Date & Time: March 17, 2026, 8:38 PM
Payment Method: GCash (via Google Play)
I did not intend to purchase this subscription, and it was made accidentally. I have already canceled the subscription shortly after noticing the charge, and I have not made use of the premium features.
For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of the transaction and subscription details.
I kindly ask for your consideration in processing a refund for this charge. I would really appreciate your help with this matter.
