Hello this is following on from support ticket 399725. I now have access to the account 'tiffanysum@yahoo.co.uk' alongsidue creating a password (Everything works)
The problem is in regards to changing my current email account (tiffanysum@yahoo.co.uk) to 'tiffanysum@gmail.com'. Originally it said Note: If you see the error "This is not a valid email address", then the duplicate account is still active. Please attempt step 1 again so I tired again but it didn't work. I then thought to delete the empty email account since I had no activity in but it didn't work. After this attempted again but it said it doesnt work so now I'm stuck on the final part
