Hello,The activity feed on my dashboard has stopped updating. The most recent activity it shows is from yesterday morning, and refreshing the feed does nothing.I know my friends have uploaded new workouts since then (I can see them if I go directly to their individual profiles), but they are not being pushed to my home feed. I've already tried clearing my cache and reinstalling the app, so this appears to be a server-side delay.Are others still experiencing this backlog, and is there an ETA on a fix?

Has anyone experienced submitted the athlete limit increase form and not hearing definite answer about your application? I’ve submitted and followed up by email but haven’t gotten a response. Saw this reply in a different thread, but having followed up by email and not getting a reply I’m stuck on what to do next. Thanks!  

Dear developerSorry for a little bit inconvenience maam/sir, my account has accidentally charged an annual fee to my subscription, in my researches cancelling it within 14 days will get me refund yet strava didn't give me refund yet.

Hi, im currently doing the 60 miles walkies challenge for Stand up to cancer. My Strava app is linked to my giving page so it can track how many miles I’ve done and it uploads my activities. However not all my activities have uploaded so it looks like I have done less miles than I have, I have checked all my settings and the activity type. The activities that haven’t uploaded aren’t any different to those that have successfully uploaded. Is there anything that can be done?Thanks 

It would be really helpful to have a trim activity feature for strength training, similar to what's available for runs and rides. Sometimes I forget to stop my recording right away, and being able to edit the activity would provide more accurate stats.

It would be nice both if you could customize the default sports on the watch face, and also reorder the long list of different sport types so you cand find your usual ones faster :).

As a cyclist and runner, I personally have encountered unexpected unsafe infrastructure on routes such as bike lanes or road shoulders abruptly ending and dumping me into car traffic or other hazards such as surface changes or construction detours/closures and know that this is a common issue for other cyclists and runners as well. It would be helpful to have a feature in maps to be able to add hazard warnings for other users similar to Waze or Google Maps to be able to see when making and taking routes. Passing on safety beta to each other is a great way to strengthen the Strava athlete user community and keep each other safer. It would also be great if there was a way to include car traffic speed limits on the maps as well so that users can sort and or filter route making by how fast the car traffic is approximately traveling and can better avoid higher speed (more unsafe for cyclists and runners or walkers) streets in favor of safer lower speed routes. How can I disable the " your activity from 1year ago"  in my feed. Very annoying !

It would be great to add the ability to pin your activities and have a dedicated section on the profile page for them.

When using the manual activity function, it’s very sluggish in its functionality. Like the kilometers is rounded up, the dates is just spinned from a wheel (hard to be accurate, when you’re going back 7-8 years or more) and there is no map or route function at all, only a picture function.I was previously using another running app until I found Strava, and I would very much like to keep and go back to my previous runs again, to both find and see my progression in the future.When you’re a premium member, you get to make your own routes and save them for future purposes. So my question is why isn’t it possible to make the manual function more efficient and fun, with this function, so I can get a more precise estimate of my runs and etc. and see them on a map?

I use an iPhone, when I want to save a route or map, so that it will sync to my garmin, I cannot press confirm as it’s below the screen, when I drag it up so I can see ‘confirm’ in orange, on the right side, if I press it, it does nothing, as I have the screen dragged up- it’s extremely irritating.

Hi,I'm working on registering my app for push subscription and when I run the post request outlined here I receive 400 status and this:{"message": "Bad Request","errors": [{"resource": "PushSubscription","field": "callback url","code": "not verifiable"}]}I'm able to get 200 status and the required hub.challenge to return if I hit the callback_url from 1) python requests & 2) curl. Then when I run the post (push subscriptions request) either with Python requests or curl, I receive the above error. Checking my server, I do not receive anything from Strava in this. Its like the callback url is blocked before Strava sends anything to it and I get the above error within 1 second, when it should be waiting 2 seconds for a response.My server is running a flask api with nginx proxying api call

I have been using Strava on Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic since several weeks. All went fine and my activities while training were shown on Now Bar (like e.g. Samsung Health or YouTube).About a week ago, my on-going Strava activities stopped to be shown on Now Bar. As a result, while training, I need to go to Strava App on my Watch, tap it and only after I see my current data on Strava.How can I fix it? I checked million times all of the permissions and reinstalled the app several times.

Dear Strava Development team.  I recently discovered that it’s now possible to download a route to my Apple Watch and use it to guide me.  I tried it out on a known route in my neighborhood and it was very difficult to follow because the map is based on true north instead of up on the watch being the route direction.  Also, the direction of the “beacon” that represents me on the map did not seem to be accurate.  While clearly traveling on the route it sometimes pointed left, right and behind.  Only occasionally did it point in the direction I was heading.   if I was in an unfamiliar location where I did not know north and it was dark out, the Strava route guidance would be useless.

Hello, I have an Apple Watch Ultra 3 and always use the native workout app on the Apple Watch to record runs. Typically, the run data is seamlessly transferred over to strava including the run route. This entire run says it is synced with strava but nothing is listed for activities for yesterday. I have tried updating, uninstalling and logging out of Strava app, turning off and back on all health sharing options to no avail. The data is still missing. Is anyone else have this problem or know how to fix this? 

Hello Strava Support, Today I recorded a cycling ride, but during the ride I paused the activity for a break. After that, I forgot to resume it and continued cycling for around 8–10 km. Later, when I stopped to drink water, I noticed the activity was still paused, so I resumed it and completed the rest of my ride. Because of this, the activity showed a strange straight line / incorrect section. While trying to fix it, I accidentally used the crop tool and removed the wrong part of the ride. Now only the cropped section is showing in my activity, and most of my actual ride is missing. The original ride was around 65–66 km. Could you please help me restore the original activity before it was cropped? Thank you.

At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.

Hi, in the last two days 6 activities from people I follow are stuck at the top of my feed and will not go or move on. I use an apple phone and this is on the phone app and I am a subscription member. I  have to scroll past these to get to the newest feed. I have tried refreshing the feed by pulling the screen down, changing the feed preference, logging out of strava and in again, I have tried deleting the strava app and reinstalling it on the phone and I have tried loading a new activity. None of this changes the top 6 activities which stay the same and are old.How can I correct this?Many thanks in advance

It would be really useful to be able to set the privacy of an activity via the API - is this something that could be added to UpdateableActivity?

When I try to create a new route on my PC, once I click ‘Create Route’, all I can see is the Heat Map, there is no underlying map below it. i.e. if I de-select the Heat Map the work area to create a route is blank. I don’t have this problem with my phone using the APP.If I bring up an existing saved route, the underlying map is visible, however if I click ‘edit’ I can see the route that has been created on top of the heat map but no underlying map.I am using Windows 11 and normally use Google Chrome but have also tried Microsoft EdgeI see others appear to be having recent problems with saving routes but I can’t can’t get that far.Any thoughts on why I have this issue would be greatly appreciated 

Is there a new & current existing problem with streaks not updating?  I've been stuck on a 19-day streak for multiple days now.  Strava AI doesn't update the streak even though I do multiple activities a day and all are uploaded.  I logged out of the app and shut down and restarted my iPhone and it updated an activity the same day afterwards to a 20-day streak but the next day I was back down to a 19-day streak.
