When editing an activity from the listing (https://www.strava.com/athlete/training), ticking the checkbox “Commute” does not work.Furthermore, this works from the android app, but taking the same activity from the web and saving it again removes the tag

Yesterday i was trying Sync my aktivity. But data was lost somewhere in proces. Aplication said me when i have bad connection. But later i discovered when aktivity is nowhere to fond.

Mapped a route this AM I wanted to ride. Started out, had Strava running on my iPhone following the route I’d created then saved. At about 2/3’s along the way cellular / GPS got lost, so Strava quit keeping track of my ride metrics? Once I’d realized the signal was back Strava looked to be back at the Home Page so I started a Ride from that point until I finished.Is the ‘lost’ interval data gone forever or can it be recovered? If I can get that back, can the two rides be combined into one?This is the first time I’ve had this happen. Signal’s usually pretty good where I am, but the route I’d saved today was into some new territory so I guess I learned something new eh?

i ran in a official half marathon race today 13.1 miles 2.05.15 strava has logged run at 12.70 miles how can i fix this 

I have zepp app installed and device is mi band 7I have also synced to strava android app which  paired successfully... but unable to see heart rate during Any activity done…In zepp app I'm able to see heart rate but not on strava… Please help I also couldn't  see the data permission tab for enabling heart rate allow access I have also tried to use older version of strava but still unable to find data permission options for enabling heart rate.... Thanks and regards

After a recent update, the km markers during an active recording disappeared.  I would love to have these back and go so far as to have them after the activity has been saved.

I notice if I add an ampersand (&) or sometimes less than/greater than signs (< and >) to the name of my activity when uploading a gpx file via the API, I will get back the error below, even though the same exact gpx file uploads fine with another activity name. Hi, I’ve noticed a strange behavior after upgrading from Apple Watch SE to Apple Watch Ultra 3. When I start a run with the Apple Fitness on my watch, the activity syncs to Strava. In Strava, the source is shown as Apple Health, not Apple Watch Ultra 3. All permissions are enabled: Strava is connected to Health, Strava has full read/write access, and Motion & Fitness permissions are on. I also have the Strava app installed on my watch, but I prefer using the native Workout app for recording. With my previous Apple Watch SE, Strava used to display the source as “Apple Watch SE” (even when I recorded with the native Workout app). After switching to Apple Watch Ultra 3, the exact same workflow only shows “Apple Health” as the source.My question: Is this the expected behavior now (Strava always labels the source as Apple Health if the activity comes via Health)? Or could something be misconfigured, since it used to show “Apple Watch” before? I tried to reinstall Strava on wat

On a new beta update today selecting maps causes the app to crash. Tried the usual actions such as force close, clear cache etc but it nothing works. Version 425.6

Since today I wasn't able to share my activities to my instagram story. It only allows me to share the link of thr activity.

When creating a route, the route builder will not allow me to follow certain roads, even though I have ridden them many times. It will not even allow me to put waypoints on those ridden roads to direct the route there. Using the 'most direct' setting does not help. If I have ridden it, I should be allowed to make a route including it - the most direct route even includes public segments that others have ridden, all on asphalt, unlike the route it gives me, where km 4 is on a 'dirt' road with round stones that is dangerous to ride.

Hello I have just bought a Apple Watch and now I see that I can’t put routes fro Strava to my watch, like Garmins turn by turn. can I do something or do I have to by another watch ? 

Please bring back the “Virtual Ride” type. I and many others use it to separate outdoor from indoor rides. Thank you. 

Currently, I have 5 activities stuck on my Apple Ultra watch as unsynced that are not showing up on my Strava. Please help! I have closed the Strava app on both my apple watch and iPhone, restarted both my apple watch and iPhone, and made sure I have wifi and that they are connected to Bluetooth but no luck. I am not sure what else to do. Since I’m prepping for a half marathon I would like to have the data.  

I have noticed on my API Settings page that there's a limit to the amount of users an app can have. I know (based on API access) that a large percentage of users installed my app, tried it out and never used it again. My question is then: how can I revoke access to these users?

All, is this some kind of bug? Heart rate font colour is in black (same as background) and not visible since last update. Visible when in auto pause and the background colour changes in yellow 🙄.

I'm using Python to return the "explore segments" query and would like to know how the top-10 segments are chosen.For example, in the Developers Playground it says that the GET explore segments, "returns the top 10 segments matching a specified query". How is "top-10" defined? Is it using the most popular segments in the geography boundary to search or some other designation?How can I view all and not just the top-10 segments?Also am I able to search for a segment using the detail that gets returned in the query instead i.e., distance, avg. grade, elevation gain, etc.? The query is very limited when just being able to search based on "the latitude and longitude for two points describing a rectangular boundary" and the "activity type" especially when I'm searching for a run segment so the climbing category is not relevant.Thanks!

Hello, I shared this in another post, but since the owner of that (now marked as solved) thread believes this might be a different issue, I wanted to create a new topic. I use an Apple Watch Ultra and the native Apple Fitness app to record my runs. I sync the activities to the Strava iPhone app. I’m having issues with split paces for runs where there are pauses and resumes during the run. This also affected my PRs — now I have dozens of strange PR values (e.g., 3–4–5s/km!). There are lots of people (including two of my friends) having this issue for a very long time. It’s really strange that it still hasn’t been identified by Strava. If they looked at the strange PRs recorded with Apple Watch, they would definitely notice this. Here’s my typical running scenario where I encounter this problem consistently:• I start a run using the native Fitness app on my Apple Watch Ultra.• I run ~3 km.• I pause the activity on the watch.• I wait or walk for a few minutes.• Then I resume and run anoth

The project focuses on analyzing training load and detecting overtraining using Strava activity data.Right now, the API only allows 1 athlete to be connected per application. For this research, I would like to increase the athlete limit (e.g., 20 athletes or more) since multiple participants have consented to share their activity data for this study.Is there a process or application form to request an increase in the number of athletes allowed to connect? We are in the process of migrating our staging/test application to a new account and would like to increase its athlete capacity.Our production app was reviewed some time ago and is functioning as expected. Additionally, the previous staging/test applications were also reviewed and granted increased athlete capacity (999).According to the documentation, we're advised not to submit the review form for staging or test apps, which makes the process unclear—especially since the production app has already been reviewed.Could you please clarify how we can increase the athlete capacity for the new staging app under these circumstances?

I’m wondering why my follower and following lists are no longer in alphabetical order?

I created a route, downloaded it for offline use. When I arrived at my location, there was no mobile signal so I put my device in airplane mode. I retrieved the saved route, and selected start route. The app started recording. There was an orange line, indicating my route. All good. I push the power button on my phone to turn off my screen to save battery. At my first intersection, I pushed the power button to turn my screen on, and I watch the orange line disappear. To get it back I need to press the back button on my phone to return to the previous screen in the app, then choose “Start Route” again. The orange line is back. I then turn off my screen again, and when I turn it back on, poof, orange line gone again. I go back to the previous screen in app, select “Start Route”, and orange line is back. I turn off my screen, and...repeat, repeat, repeat, for 13 miles of my hike.
