Dude, this app is bad enough with the stupid participation trophy of getting "Kudos" every time I take a walk or go on a bike ride. But now every time I finish a ride I have to watch this ridiculous full screen animation that fills the screen and gives me motion sickness to "congratulate" me? I did not sign up for Strava to have some robot give me a participation trophy every single time I go out for a walk or a bike ride. TURN IT OFF ALREADY! GIVE US THE OPTION TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE! I don't even want to click the notification icon to clear out the stupid "Kudos" every time I ride.  And stop calling them KUDOS for crying out loud. Is it 1982 where every thing is RADICAL DUDE! Strava needs to get over themselves. Most of your users aren't 12 years old. 

Pasting a feature request I recently submitted to Strava here for community feedback. Would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions. I recently noticed that the “Support Ukraine” and “Black Lives Matter” map types are no longer available under the map styles section. It seems these have been replaced by a generic “For a Cause” tag.While I understand this may be an intentional product or engineering design decision — and perhaps even a UI simplification effort — I believe the original cause-themed map styles carried a strong visual and emotional impact for many users, myself included. If this change was driven by technical or design constraints, I’m confident the capable Strava engineering team can find a way to reintroduce these impactful options.If the decision to remove them was based on concerns about bias, neutrality, or political sensitivities, I respectfully urge the team to reconsider. Hi,15 minutes ago I wanted to try out a 1 month free trial I got offered both via mail and in the app itself to try out the member function. I thought why not? Clicked through and was shocked when I saw that I got billed 75 euros for a 1 year subscription. There is nothing anymore in the app or in my iTunes account about a free trial. Canceled it immediately but now it says that the subscription runs until 14.11.2026. what is this scam? I want a full refund - not interested anymore in this membership.

For my run club, I create events every week. Let’s say they usually start at Sally’s Donuts at 1234 Main Street. With the update, Sally’s Donuts is no longer affiliated with that address so I have to just put in the address every time. And it shows the address as the location. That’s not gonna fly! Bring back Sally’s Donuts! The old app version knew where Sally’s was, so all I had to type was Sally’s Don… and it would populate. Not all businesses are gone. Many are still there. Please get them all though!

after a training the Strava app allows different things to be hidden to the public. Like heart rate. Is there a specific reason why it is not possible to hide cadence? In some cases I would like to be able to hide it. My request would be to also make it an additional field that can be hidden.

My Activity Feed on the Dashboard is missing on the desktop. It's there on the mobile app but not on the desktop.

Hi Strava Team, I’d like to raise an issue regarding my recent activity sync. I just completed 42.30 km — my first-ever marathon, and I intentionally went over the distance to make sure I covered it completely. However, when the data synced to Strava, it came up short, which is really disappointing after all the effort I put in. Please look into this and fix or adjust the synced distance to reflect the actual 42.30 km. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, as this run is very important to me. Your immediate response to this issue is greatly appreciated Thank you,

For months, people have been noting that routes disappear while in use, and saved routes do not show up in the app. What is the delay correcting these simple issues?

Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? 

Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities.  They are cutoff.  The “read more” option is missing.  It is strange.  If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works.  If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing.  The text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug).  It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app.  Bizarre!

Hi, a couple of my runs are not showing in my club stats but are showing in my overall weekly stats for last week. I know which ones that aren’t showing and my settings on them are no different to before (as far as I can see) Visibility is not hidden from clubs. Any idea how I get it to sync back up? I have logged out of both app and website versions  

For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

This week (Nov 3rd - Nov 9th 2025) I had three activities of running. First on Nov 4th, 2025 12.12km and 1.01km and the third one is on Nov 7th, 2025 13.13km. In my profile activities appear the total mileage is 26.26km, but in my club’s leaderboard it only appears my 1.01km of running. Could anyone help me to overcome this problem? I’m afraid that next week will happen again like that. Thank you

In the Strava mobile app, when an activity description contains a link (URL) and is longer than the space shown in the activity view, the description is truncated — and the “...see more” (or “show more”) option no longer appears. As a result, the full text cannot be viewed in the app.Previously, it was possible to expand long descriptions using the “see more” link. This behavior has changed recently (oct 2nd it still worked). The issue only affects the mobile app; on the web version, long descriptions (including those with links) can still be fully expanded.So you messed up something with links in description in the last 4-5 weeks or did this on purpose?

Hi, what do you think about adding an option in Strava to show grouped notifications about weekly or monthly activities of people you follow, so you don’t have to scroll through thousands of your friends’ activities — similar to how Apple did it in iOS?
