Why dont we ever hear back on suggestions we’ve taken the effort to register? All we see it a small amount of upvotes, and never hear back again. The reason for the small amount of votes is because of the effort it requires to register on the community hub. If this was an easier process for the average Strava User (voting) we would see a surge in upvotes! Come on Strava, you can do better?

Hi everyone,I’m the developer of a fitness app integrated with Strava, and I’d like to ask for some advice from the community.Our app has grown to ~999 connected athletes, and we recently applied to increase our athlete limit to 10,000. Unfortunately, the request has not been approved yet, even though user growth is ongoing and we’re close to hitting the current cap.I’m curious to hear from others: Has anyone here successfully gotten their athlete limit increased beyond 1,000? How long did the approval process take in your case? Were there any specific metrics, usage patterns, or implementation details (e.g. webhooks, deauthorization flow, caching strategy) that helped with approval? Hi,I’m experiencing the likewise issue as below link and would appreciate guidance. A private road on my property is still routable on Strava, even though it is correctly tagged as access=private in OpenStreetMap. Despite multiple support tickets, the issue has been repeatedly closed without comment, and routing continues to direct users through my property. This has resulted in repeated trespassing. My question to the community (or Strava moderators) is:Is there any way to request a routing geofence or routing block for private property when OSM is already correct, but Strava routing still allows it?Any advice from others who have dealt with similar situations would be appreciated. 

A Segment is exactly that, a segment of a route or journey, it has nothing to do with a rider name or bike type! Strava needs to sort the leaderboard arguments out in their App so that each different bike type doesn’t have to keep reinventing the wheel by re-entering segments that are we have been used to using for years and just because we change bike type for a ride we are punished and lose the segments! 

I rode tonight and got a KOM on The Lost Boys Segment. This should be removed.

I made a new segment but I am the only person showing up on the leaderboard. when this first happened I tried deleting it and make it again, that didn’t help. after waiting for a few hours nothing changed except people who have ridden that segment today showed up. Why aren’t the rides by people in the past showing up and how do i fix it?

In many groups, I came to notice some posts that seem to be AI generated from new user accounts. They look inofensive, but I don’t get the point of them and there seem to be no category to report them. They’re not spam, not dangerous, not harassment, not hateful, not misleading, selling nothing, etc.. Since they have no activities (or sometimes a tiny one), they’re not building social capital, selling coaching, farming kudos. Training is not shown in Progress dashboard, but is actually recorded and shown in the goals breakdown 

Normally, the followers who had enabled notifications for me were displayed at the top of the list. As of today, I no longer see them. Does anyone else have the same problem?

It's pretty shitty that I spend my year gathering data with Strava....5 years now actually, I can cannot access some sort of data for "Year In Review". Not a good business model and I think it will show in users leaving the app long term. One of many cheap things Stands is doing. 😢

Criei um segmento de 1,440 km na segunda feira, dia 08 de dezembro e está até agora atualizando os resultados. Os segmentos que eu criava demorava uma hora para atualizar todos os resultados. Por que está com toda essa lentidão para atualizar os resultados de um segmento?

I have a Strava Premium subscription, but I still can’t see my Year in Sport.What is causing this?

I’m getting notifications and emails about my year in sport, but every time I try and click on the link to access it, I get a message saying “link not valid”. It’s not showing as available on the web either. Any tips?

Hihas anyone had this issue?my account has reverted to ‘free’ midway through a years subscription without any input from me. I contacted Strava support who suggested I had a duplicate account which is not the case. I cannot prove that my account is paid for other than a screenshot of my subscription on my phone. I don’t have my original email as this was deleted. This is extremely frustrating!

I’m getting a little frustrated that my subscription issue isn’t resolved yet. I was told that the problem was determined by your customer service team and I gave authorization for the resolution last Thursday but nothing has occurred since then. Ive noticed when my Android phone gets to be about 2 years old or almost paid off Strava will stop tracking my rides and I have to restart the ride.  I notice that it happens when I take a photo it seems to stop my strava.  I usually have to hit stop and resume ride to make sure im connected. The weird thing is its happened to me and my wife with all of our phones that we have had since using Strava   We have Verizon and reception is good.  As soon as we get new phones Strava works perfect.  Any thoughts on why this happens other than a possible scam by cell phone.
