Hi, I have an old strava account that I would like to get the data from and merge it with my new account. My old account is annoyingly linked to an email address of a company I no longer work at. I can still access it however through a facebook login. When I go to download the data it says it will email a code to my old email address (which I no longer have access to!). What can I do please!?

You can try changing the email address of the old account on https://www.strava.com/settings/email_change. If that does not work you have to contact the Strava support for getting full access to the old account, see
