Getting back segments that have been deleted by Strava

I have been using a segment for 16 years to track my performance and done over 1600 climbs on it.  Strava have deleted it, including all this history, and there is no similar segment.Is there a way back from this.

Q: Why am I not seeing all activities on the club leaderboard?A: Only activities that match a club's sport type(s) will be included in the club's leaderboard. Only activities that match a club's sport type(s) will appear on those leaderboards and club feeds. EX: Only rides will appear on the leaderboard for Cycling clubs and only Runs (not walks or hikes) will be included on the leaderboards for Running clubs. Clubs using the sport type 'Multisport' will include all sport types available on Strava in both leader

Creating your Strava Club Event

Did you know that if you are the owner or admin of a club you can create club events? Club events are a great way to engage with your club members, meet new members and grow your club. If you have a route you would like to use for your event, you can include that when you set up the event. You can select an existing route or create a new route for your event. Haven't created a club yet? Check out our post on Creating your own Club on Strava here.  Creating a Route for your Strava Club Event: With a Strava subscription, you can head over to the Strava Routes page to create your route.-Enter the location you’d like to begin your activity from.-Choose your Routing preferences -Use your cursor to create your route on the map. Club challenges

I have my own personal account and created a club for my hockey club (on my account). How do I create challenges on the club? I only have the option to create events but we want to create challenges in order to see who ran the most and who completed the most challenges.I am able to create group challenges but it is then linked to my profile and not the club.

Non-club activity settings for club members

I am setting up a club that will serve as a trail maintenance hub for our local trail stewards.   Users will share their trail work activities as "hikes".  How do I set up the club such that members who use Strava for other activities don't find those activities sharing to the group?Also is there a way to set up group settings such that individuals can follow and contribute to the group, without other members seeing all of thier Strava activities?Thanks!

I'm user from Thailand and just completed run 10,000 km recently. ^^

I'm use strava for a long time and just completed 10,000 km run recently. We created a club to inspire each other with runner in Thailand. 😊 https://www.strava.com/clubs/ultramad19 I'm not sure how we can promote our club through any chat room.If publicizing our club through the chat room is a violation of the rules. If you enjoy one of the many activity types on Strava, have a brand you love or just want to meet others in your area; chances are there’s a Strava club that fits your interest. There are clubs for a variety of sport types, universities, big names in the shoe, bike and clothing industries and so much more. If you’re not seeing a club that fits your needs or you have a group of folks that want to start a club, you can create your own! Follow the steps below to get started….Note: at this time, clubs can only be created via the Strava website, not via the app. Pro Tip: If you are creating a club for a brand or larger organization, it’s good practice to create a separate email account that will be used exclusively for the admin use of your Club.1. More granular controls over club activity feed?

I’ve recently created a new club and had two people join. I could immediately see their activities in the club feed, even though those activities existed before the creation of the club, and were unrelated to the club e.g. they weren’t club events or group activities done with club members. So for now I’ve disabled the club activity feed.Is there any way to set the privacy level for an activity to be club members and followers only? Or even choose which specific clubs it should appear in? Or alternatively, only show club group activities in the club feed?

Email Groups as Club Admin

On Stava's grow your brand site, they recommend use of a shared email address or group for club admin. I've included the verbiage and link below. Has anyone done this? I take this to mean you've got to create a fake Strava user and assign the group email to that user. Is that correct?https://business.strava.com/blog/grow-brand-strava-clubsAppoint an employee(s) as your club admin. Tip: If possible, use a shared email address or distribution group, as opposed to an individual employee's email address, for your Strava club to allow easier management across a team.

Club Verification Process

I along with some other members of Strava’s Club Organizer Network (link) have submitted forms to have our clubs verified but have yet to hear anything from the Strava team - is there a standard ETA for this process as it was many weeks since an application was made. My Club ID is CPFR (https://www.strava.com/clubs/CPFR) and i would appreciate if someone could help to review the application and verify my club.

Feedback from a group admin 🙂

Hi everyone,First of all, thanks for this great initiative to listen to feedback from your users 🙂 I was taught in a previous company that "feedback is a gift" and I know its importance as a Product Manager myself 😉 😉 Some various feedback from our group experience: We are a cycling "club" in Paris. There's nothing formal about this club, the original members met during covid lockdown rides in Montmartre and it grew from there. We revolve around a Strava private group and a WhatsApp group chat.Even though we are a private group, we tend to accept most people trying to join.That's why we have 170+ members on Strava for only 50 people in the WhatsApp group (the active members). I'd guess a lot of people have never joined a group ride. As a group admin, I'd be curious to know, for each member, when did they join the club and how many club events they joined.I think this metric "club event participation" could be a good incentive to have a more a

Invite Athletes option to join a Strava Club not displaying all follows

I'm trying to invite Strava members I follow to join the Strava club (group) I created; however, I'm having a couple of problems: Not all of my follows are found by the "Invite Athletes" function After clicking the "Invite" button, I'm getting an "infinite hourglass":
