Bonjour,J'ai un problème : Sur mon profil j'existe 3 fois.J'explique rapidement, Je suis dans un groupe de 3 personnes mais malheureusement les 3 personnes c'est moi même.Donc lorsque je fais une activité j'ai 3 activités qui apparaissent.Donc cela fausse complètement tout.Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?Même en quittant le groupe ça ne fonctionne pas.Merci à tous.

Hi, I have completed the Terrex 11:57 Challenge and I am a member of the required club. But when I click Redeem Reward, it redirects to a "page not found" screeb in adidas.com So, was this a fake challenge or is there a problem?

Hello! We made a run club for our running community, but for weeks now it hasn’t let us post into the group. This has been going on since we created the group. Other members have been able to post fine, but every post we try (no matter how it is formatted, what device, what browser, with/without cache, and so on) every time we try to post it says ‘Something went wrong’.We raised a ticket with support a month ago but just keep getting told they are working through a backlog. (Strava ticket #3469079)Please could someone help us to get the attention of someone at strava to resolve this?! Have tried every single troubleshooting method under the sun to no avail and it is still not working.Don’t mean to come across as pushy but we have a small following online and really want to make this group a big/inclusive space for runners, but we’re not even able to post into the group! When running interval workouts (12 × 400 m), Strava continues to display my previous “best effort” of 1:35 even though I recorded faster 400 m splits during the activity. It fails to update the “best effort” to reflect my latest and fastest 400 m run, which was 1:25 on lap 12.Steps to Reproduce Complete a run with interval workouts (e.g. 12 × 400 m). I appear to have lost all data on my iPhone, I’ve logged into my Strava account and it says that my account is a free even though I have a subscription and recently renewed it! I’ve had to re follow friends and today I uploaded some data and it shows that I have a new account??!! All my previous data still shows on my iPad apart from today’s activity! How do I restore everything back to my phone? It appears that a new account has been opened but I’ve done nothing to open one! Any ideas of what to do?

Has anyone been a having an issue loading their Strava activities , mine is all synced and I have logged in , logged out and still not loading it happened yesterday too but loaded after a few hrs my run tonight hasn’t loaded in Strava but has in my Garmin connect 

Hello, I use Huawei Health. Sometimes, though not every time, syncing is incomplete. For example, I performed two activities today, but only the last one was uploaded to Strava. Even though both were uploaded to the Adidas app, how can I upload all the data from these missing activities to Strava? What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

Is it possible to display Triathlon or Multisport clubs as distance instead of time? We’re running a distance challenge and want to display it via distance, it’s multisport rather than one sport. Alternatively, are there good third party integrations that might work for collecting club data?Thanks!

Why can't we see the kms displayed in the statistics of Club? Instead we see the total hours of the activities. How can I change it to kms?

I was running a segment До Синия вир with the goal of a crown and in the end the segment is not visible in the activity. I pushed myself and gave it my all. We were running together with my husband Пейо Христов, who was pacing me, and we finished with almost the same time, he finished seconds ahead of me. On his activity the segment До Синия вир is visible, but on mine it is not. The segment Синия вир последна част and the segment Синия вир спускане 1 част are part of the segment До Синия вир. There is no way they are included in the activity, but the segment До Синия вир is not included. This disappoints me a lot, because I know how much I gave of myself.... I kindly ask you to look at my application and see that I went exactly along the segment and there is no reason why it should not be visible in my activity. I am unable to share my activity correctly to external apps. My recorded run is fine on Strava but then it goes a bit wonky. As you can see my pace is incredible. I'm far from a gold medalist 😲.  Any help.would be appreciated. Thank you in advance .

I run a club in strava and had a notification for a new member request ( private group) I clicked on it but the person's name wasn't showing ? I tried restarting , refreshing to no avail.. I also asked said member to resend her request.. anyone have any idea what's happening,  any solutions? Thx, joe

I created a club.I was entering the various activities that will be done in the rest of the summer but I can only choose between running and cycling.is this normal?when I do the activities alone I have much more choice as a sport.

Hey everybody! I am always out and about round London and walk and run as much as possible, I have switched caffeine intake from speciality coffee to matcha in the last couple of months and have noticed an incredible added abundance of energy and also recovery in between sessions seems easier. My question is… Has anybody else found that Matcha is great for active athletic gains and rapid recovery in training blocks and or general levels of movement daily? I would be interested to hear what the Strava community has to say. Happy Wednesday vibes to you all!

I just saw the new format for creating Strava club events I understand you want to make it easier to integrate addresses.In our case, we preferred writing “read details” because we often have 2 or 3 meeting points during a single event. Now, you are forcing us to add an address.Is there a workaround or do we just leave address blank?

I post my club rides each week and usually can select from the 250+ routes that I have saved, as of yesterday Strava is only showing 50 routes, which seem randomly selected. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if it is a new limit that has been imposed. The layout for posting club rides has certainly changed in the last few days so presumably a new update has been added by Strava. If it is now limited then it is very restrictive.

I have created a club for my company. I tried to create a club event today but I can not “save club event” :( something go wrong?

I got a new coros and can’t connect it with my account because the email is inactive and from the past so I can’t change the password 

As usual, yesterday during the BRM 200km ride, your app recorded 15km less. Other co-rider also faced the same situation. I also faced similar situation earlier with Strava, so I stopped using it. But again I checked your app yesterday during my ride. To be double sure, I was also using my reliable app Geo tracker which recorded accurately that's means my phone GPS signal is ok but Strava failed! Pls look into the matter seriously & rectify it, otherwise you will loose users rapidly.I tried to book a ticket in support section but I failed, looks like the app has serious problem, not reliable at all. When one's hard work is not recorded accurately, it becomes so frustrating & anger!

“Progress” keep freezing. I have done everything. Is Strava App having issues atm? Very frustrating.
