Can i have a refund for my subscription, I mistakenly subscribed to a 1 year subscription, and I used my school allowance for it. I badly want to get back my money, I don't have anything in me right now, please!!!

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?

I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I need it back as soon as possible because i have a trip coming up.

Hi, I am unable to create new club events since yesterday (everything was working well before that). I can enter all the informations in the New Event form, then nothing happens when I click on Create Event. I have tried using different computers (PC vs iOS) and cellphone, different browsers, login/logout and nothing works. Did I reached a maximum of club events or is there something I can do to fix that? Thank you!

Why is there no Open Water Swimming filter?You can sort by selecting Swim, and click the indoor swimming box, but that just excluded ows. Also if you sort (or filter by sport) your activities and select one there is no way to return to your sorted list. Thus you’ll have to re-sort / re-filter every time.

Hello! We made a run club for our running community, but for weeks now it hasn’t let us post into the group. This has been going on since we created the group. Other members have been able to post fine, but every post we try (no matter how it is formatted, what device, what browser, with/without cache, and so on) every time we try to post it says ‘Something went wrong’.We raised a ticket with support a month ago but just keep getting told they are working through a backlog. (Strava ticket #3469079)Please could someone help us to get the attention of someone at strava to resolve this?! Have tried every single troubleshooting method under the sun to no avail and it is still not working.Don’t mean to come across as pushy but we have a small following online and really want to make this group a big/inclusive space for runners, but we’re not even able to post into the group! It fails to update the “best effort” to reflect my latest and fastest 400 m run, which was 1:25 on lap 12.Steps to Reproduce Complete a run with interval workouts (e.g. 12 × 400 m). I appear to have lost all data on my iPhone, I’ve logged into my Strava account and it says that my account is a free even though I have a subscription and recently renewed it! I’ve had to re follow friends and today I uploaded some data and it shows that I have a new account??!! All my previous data still shows on my iPad apart from today’s activity! How do I restore everything back to my phone? It appears that a new account has been opened but I’ve done nothing to open one! Any ideas of what to do?

Has anyone been a having an issue loading their Strava activities , mine is all synced and I have logged in , logged out and still not loading it happened yesterday too but loaded after a few hrs my run tonight hasn’t loaded in Strava but has in my Garmin connect 

Hello, I use Huawei Health. Sometimes, though not every time, syncing is incomplete. For example, I performed two activities today, but only the last one was uploaded to Strava. Even though both were uploaded to the Adidas app, how can I upload all the data from these missing activities to Strava? What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

Is it possible to display Triathlon or Multisport clubs as distance instead of time? We’re running a distance challenge and want to display it via distance, it’s multisport rather than one sport. Alternatively, are there good third party integrations that might work for collecting club data?Thanks!

Why can't we see the kms displayed in the statistics of Club? Instead we see the total hours of the activities. How can I change it to kms?

I was running a segment До Синия вир with the goal of a crown and in the end the segment is not visible in the activity. I pushed myself and gave it my all. We were running together with my husband Пейо Христов, who was pacing me, and we finished with almost the same time, he finished seconds ahead of me. On his activity the segment До Синия вир is visible, but on mine it is not. The segment Синия вир последна част and the segment Синия вир спускане 1 част are part of the segment До Синия вир. There is no way they are included in the activity, but the segment До Синия вир is not included. This disappoints me a lot, because I know how much I gave of myself.... I kindly ask you to look at my application and see that I went exactly along the segment and there is no reason why it should not be visible in my activity.
