I just saw the new format for creating Strava club events I understand you want to make it easier to integrate addresses.In our case, we preferred writing “read details” because we often have 2 or 3 meeting points during a single event. Now, you are forcing us to add an address.Is there a workaround or do we just leave address blank?

I post my club rides each week and usually can select from the 250+ routes that I have saved, as of yesterday Strava is only showing 50 routes, which seem randomly selected. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if it is a new limit that has been imposed. The layout for posting club rides has certainly changed in the last few days so presumably a new update has been added by Strava. If it is now limited then it is very restrictive.

I have created a club for my company. I tried to create a club event today but I can not “save club event” :( something go wrong?

I got a new coros and can’t connect it with my account because the email is inactive and from the past so I can’t change the password 

As usual, yesterday during the BRM 200km ride, your app recorded 15km less. Other co-rider also faced the same situation. I also faced similar situation earlier with Strava, so I stopped using it. But again I checked your app yesterday during my ride. To be double sure, I was also using my reliable app Geo tracker which recorded accurately that's means my phone GPS signal is ok but Strava failed! Pls look into the matter seriously & rectify it, otherwise you will loose users rapidly.I tried to book a ticket in support section but I failed, looks like the app has serious problem, not reliable at all. When one's hard work is not recorded accurately, it becomes so frustrating & anger!

“Progress” keep freezing. I have done everything. Is Strava App having issues atm? Very frustrating.

Hello, i am experiencing a issues with my strava app, it doesn't count all my km, in total activities I have a 39.35 km this week  but in statistic in group I have only 15.6 km visible. Is there a way to accumulate the difference

I’ve noticed that recently my activities no longer show calories burned, either on the main dashboard or within the full activity details. Instead, I’m now seeing average power displayed. I haven’t changed my recording device or settings, and this issue started suddenly. I’ve confirmed that my weight is entered in my profile, and I’m using Garmin Fenix 7s to record the activity. This issue affects all my recent trail runs.Could you please help me understand why the calorie data is missing and how I can get it back?

Had to log back in , all data lost from challenges completed, current May challenge , following and followers. Is there a way to get all back ?thankyou in advance 

Using the mobile Strava app, there is a “Stats” icon available in each club’s page that shows “Weekly stats” which includes total club miles for the week, along with the “top 10” athletes by distance, plus four more athletes further down that list, which includes me. In the web version of Strava, there is no “Stats” option, and I’m unable to view total club miles accumulated for the week. Am I missing something or is this information really not available on the web version of Strava? Thanks.

Cannot see running time on Home Screen in mobile app. If go right into activity I can? 

I recorded a run using my phone (forgot my watch). I can see the activity but it’s not counting toward my progress or showing on my social feed

Hi , I got a KOM on a segment , my question however is that on the same road there is another segment which is shorter and is in the same part of the road and my position on that KOM attempt never changed. How can I get a KOM on 1 and nothing for the other ?? 

Hello - I was prompted to reach out to Strava to change my club name (the club is verified). However, Strava support says they are not able to handle these issues. Any suggestions?

Sometimes I forget to turn off Strava after my workout and so it looks like I’m doing a super long workout. Is there a way to edit the Elapsed time so that it is accurate to my actual workout? 

I cannot find the links to embed a summary of our club activities on our website. Does this feature still work?

I am currently an intern at a professional cycling team that competes at the highest level in races such as Paris-Roubaix, the Tour of Flanders, and the Tour de France. I thought it would be a fun idea to create an active Strava community around the team. We would set up a Strava club with as many members and fans as possible. We aim to engage them through challenges and tasks, giving them the chance to win exclusive prizes, and so on.Unfortunately, Strava is so limited that it is not even interesting to pursue this further. For example, I wanted to create a challenge called "To the Moon and Back," where our members work together towards a shared goal of cycling 384,400 kilometers in a year. Sadly, you cannot create such challenges as a club owner—only Strava can do this. How ridiculous is that?Additionally, I thought it would be nice to create monthly challenges, or even weekly ones where you evaluate the results after a month. But guess what? You can only view weekly leaderboards. Or

Hi, how do I find the total cumulative mileage a club has logged year to date? I swear I’ve seen this before, but I’m having trouble locating it. All I see are weekly leaderboards.
