Apologies if that has been responded somewhere already but couldn’t see any recent post and want to believe there is a fix for this.In short, the 1km auto-laps from my Apple Watch (using native workout app) are not showing correctly on Strava, where some of the laps are way offs (not seconds, like a minute in some instance). I have my Apple Watch in the simplest setting: no auto-pause, not pace range alerts, etc. just the basic 1km lap marker. I obviously sometimes manually pause my watch at red lights, etc. Total distance, average pace and time all match. Just wrong splits. Does this has a fix? I would be shocked if not, which would basically prevent me from using Strava going forward. And hopefully no advice of turning off 1km auto-lap, as this is important feature during my runs.      

Hi!I have been uploading my rowing to Strava (Android) for a while now, and recently I noticed that when using the ‘Quick Edit’ feature to rename/make changes to these activities, the pace units for the activity - “/500m” for rowing - is changed to be “/km”. However, this is unhelpful as rowing consistently uses the “/500m” to measure splits. This issue isn’t present when using the standard Edit Activity button. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to see if this issue is consistent across other devices/Strava versions, and I don’t know if it has existed since the introduction of the Quick Edit feature or not. Device Data:Strava V339.16 (12391138)Android Version BP22.250124.010 (Baklava)Pixel 6  

In many groups, I came to notice some posts that seem to be AI generated from new user accounts. They look inofensive, but I don’t get the point of them and there seem to be no category to report them. They’re not spam, not dangerous, not harassment, not hateful, not misleading, selling nothing, etc.. Since they have no activities (or sometimes a tiny one), they’re not building social capital, selling coaching, farming kudos. I hate the pop up that asks "do you want to share this activity" when I make a screenshot. This just started happening a day ago. When try to make a screenshot a pop up appears and prevents me from doing screenshots normally. It stops me from doing what I want with a screenshot and using my phone's features. I don’t want the canned Strava sharing images. Anyone else have this problem?

Training is not shown in Progress dashboard, but is actually recorded and shown in the goals breakdown 

Both in iOS app and on web, when I complete an activity and go to the Map view and enable the personal heat map, the most recent activity doesn’t show up until I TOGGLE the “show private activities” setting for the Personal Heatmap layer. If it was off I have to turn it on, if it was on I have to turn it off. This is notwithstanding that the activities I am recording are public and this setting shouldn’t affect it, and that disabling “Show private activities” should never cause activities to appear on the heatmap. Just toggling the heatmap on and off doesn’t show it. Switching the map on and off doesn’t show it. Only toggling the “show private activities” option will immediately show the most recent activity on the personal heat map. If I toggle it back to the old setting it disappears. The personal heatmap is the main thing that’s kept me subscribed to Strava so it’s frustrating to still find it glitchy when there are free alternatives available.As an additional detail, these activiti

I have created many new Segments in the last 7 years and I am quite familiar with the process.  Typically the leaderboards for new Segments are built in an hour or so and the process evidently involves scanning the most recent Activities first (if I am bored I might refresh the new leaderboard a few times to see it develop).About 20 hours ago I created a new Segment.  When I look at the leaderboard just now I see only 54 entries (there should be about 300, because the new Segment is essentially the first half of a much longer Segment that has this many) and all the entries are after Oct 2023, suggesting the process is only about 15 % complete.About 8 hours ago I created 3 more Segments.  When I looked just now these new Segments only have a few entries in their leaderboards and nothing before October 2025, suggesting the process is running at only a fraction of the usual speed.Is this a known problem ?  When can we expect things to return to “normal” ?Thanks in advance for your help in

There's an odd discrepancy between the route edit mode and viewing the saved route. (Note - I’m not using routes too much so I might have missed something obvious, just let me know if that's the case - or, if this is already discussed, please point me to the right direction, I haven't found an existing thread.)Steps: downloaded a gpx file prepared by a race organiser (source: here) logged into Strava (web version) > Create route > Import GPX choose route name, select sport type (running), save open the Strava app (iOS mobile app) > Maps > saved routes > open the most recently saved route Expected result: when opening the saved route in the mobile app, the route should correspond to the designed path accurately Actual result: it seems that waypoints are missing or rather ignored, because when I open the route in the mobile app in the Edit mode, it seems correct - as on the attached screenshots: in the Edit mode, the route pretty much sticks to the actual path (heatmap), b

Normally, the followers who had enabled notifications for me were displayed at the top of the list. As of today, I no longer see them. Does anyone else have the same problem?

It would be helpful to be able to filter routes by sun exposure.  Incorporating information on tree cover might be a challenge, but accounting for topography, buildings, time of day and time of year would be a start, which is information that seems to be available on other tools:  https://shademap.app/.

I read through the activity documentation for the STRAVA API and do not see any fields to retrieve the participant IDs for other participants of a group run. Is this not in the API or is there another way to identify which participants complete activities together?  

50km ride with only 11k logged I stopped to take a photo from the lock screen and I forgot that THIS always happens so I lost most of my 50km ride. I’m pissed because I really pushed on to try to test my form in the last 15km and they were just not recorded,I’ve lost LOADS of training rides like this. Can you not fix it?I’m a software developer. Some of my historic apple health workout data has successfully synced over to Strava, but much of it is missing. For some reason, some information from 2021 synced, then there’s a gap, and then the data restarts when I setup my Strava account in November 2025. I’m missing everything prior to 2021 and between Sept 2021 and 2025.

New activity type tags like Recovery, and With Pet etc are not showing in my strava app and also on desktop website version. How to get that tag options? I tried reinstalling app also and it has latest version too.

Strava is creating fake workouts for Apple Health and Apple Fitness. Strava is recording many traditional strength training sessions at random times throughout the day. Do you know how to fix this? 

I use AWU3 as a running watch + Polar H10. I don't carry phone with me, I have LTEAll possible permissions has been added to Runna, all is enabled both phone and watchAll workouts syncs OK, but sometimes without a Heart Rate graph, only average valueDid any if you experience such issue?
