I have a regular 4.2km run. My RE scores vary from 19-42 usually. But today it shot up to 104. I wear an Apple Watch which monitors heart rate and I import the data from that into Strava. This 104 scores seems very high although it is a warm day and I might be a bit dehydrated. Is this a reasonable scenario?
So, did a long ride and set a PB for distance (260km). All logged without issue on Strava.The activity appears in my feed, the club feed, the club activities, and every other place bar one. It appears in segment efforts, best, totals etc etc.But it doesnt appear in the Club weekly totals. I am only in one Club and I have been in its for 12+ mnonths and have never lost an activity. I am showing zero km rather than 260km .I have refreshed activity achievements and the activity appears just like all my other activities.Any ideas ?https://www.strava.com/activities/14745385170

Hello,I have 2 running activities whic are visible by everyone:https://www.strava.com/activities/14682653319https://www.strava.com/activities/14762904983Those 2 runs are going through the segment:https://www.strava.com/segments/39377225If, I look each activity one by one, the segment is detected, I can see my time.But when I looking at the Local Legend stats, Strava considers that I didn’t do any passage, my counter is always lockd with 0. What’s happening? The segment has been created after the 2 runs, is this a reason? If yes, that is strange as the time done are taken into acount. My time is visible in the yearly ranking on the segment.Sop, time is taken into account by number of segments activiation not? Totally weird. I have opened a ticket to Strava but I had only automatic answer from bots not very smart. Absolutely useless. I did many things :- change the visibility “everyone” to “only me” then back to “everyone”- change the kind of activities from Run to Bike then back to Run-
Hi, from the start of this year, my full run stats aren't showing in Profile page , I haven't changed my privacy controls from last year However the stats are feeding into Challenges/Leaderboards, for example completed 100k Jan run challenge but only showing 66k in Profile Itsa mix of Run and Virtual run
Recently since the Strava app update around 6/8/2025, whenever I save a ride, my default bicycle is not being used even though when I check my gear it’s set to default bicycle. When I save my ride now it only gives me the option to select a new gear and doesn’t show my default bike and give me the option to select a different saved bike like it did in the past. Anybody know of a fix for this? Everytime I save a ride now I have to go back in and edit my ride to select my bike. This is very annoying.
I have developped an application that sends heart rate from a Wear OS watch to Garmin Edge bike computers. Heart rate is saved in a developer field that should override heart rate native values. I do the same for power (in a developer field inside the fit file). Power is displayed on Strava but not heart rate. It would be great if Strava displays heart rate values from developer fields with nativenum = 3 when heart rate is not already present in the .fit file.This way people will be able to use their Wear OS smartwatch as a HRM together with their Garmin GPS and get heart rate on Strava.Thanks for your consideration
Previously, after new segment was created it’s stats was updated within few hours with previous attempts of other athletes. Now I can see only one my attempt from the activity from which the segment was created. Other athletes attempts are added only if they run the segment after creation. Is it a new feature? How can I re-calculate historic data for the segment?

Up until recently, when I shared a run, the image with stats would retain its aspect ratio. This seems to be no longer the case (in the last week).For example, here is my latest run, ready to share; However, when I post or even save the image, it is cropped to the portrait aspect ratio. This has only happened recently, as I have been sharing in the same way every time. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Hi, I have an iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 10. I use Apple Fitness on my watch to start my workout and import the activity through Strava app later once it is ready. I have attached my settings below, so there is no reason this should be happening… I have also removed the activity and toggle the settings and re import the activity, yet no prevail.

Hello all, I'm having an issue when trying to zoom out on a map screen where it starts to zoom out to see anything an area but then the whole screen goes white like a cloud cover & i can't see anything. This does it on my own maps aswell as friends maps. Strava has been updated to the latest version & is running on an android s24 .

On 2 segments, I didn't even take the KOM, so I don't see why my result is excluded for those 3 segments, while the results for the other segments are included. You can review the entire ride and see that everything is fine.My HRM wasn't working because the battery ran out on my Garmin. You can see from all my previous rides that I use it, and it's not my intention to cheat or do anything suspicious, but to enjoy riding and achieve good results.I use Strava because I love segments, leaders, personal records, KOMs, but it feels like a lottery whether efforts will be considered at all.I hope you will consider my complaint because otherwise I wouldn't have written it here.Thank you for your understanding.
There is a hill I climb frequently that no has a bogus QOM/KOM recording. It is about ¼ mile and very steep for about ½ of it. The time recorded was 30 seconds! I think someone gave her a ride and she didn’t turn off her computer. There was no power or heart rate recorded.How can I get this removed? I see no way to do it or even inform the person who uploaded it. I assume she can change the data without removing the segment or deleting the entire ride.
Hi. For the last two weeks, when I save an activity, my gear is missing from the pull down menu and the only option is to add new gear. To remedy this, I edit the activity after it is processed.
Hi, I started noticing in the recommended "Who to Follow" section the title, "Fan favorite on Strava" below a person's name. When did this start and honestly, can I hide this concept? My issue is that it feels like Strava is rewarding the person who follows few people and has a lot of followers. Like someone who follows 30 people but has 3000 followers. Also, some "fan favorites" haven't posted in over a year; so they are "ghosts" who had a lot of followers. Anyway, the whole "Who to Follow" isn't something I care to see but mainly due to this "reward the cool kids" concept. Thanks for reading and any help.
When I change the dates on my heatmap to only include this year, I find that my rides aren’t showing up. I tried the solution offered of changing the ride type and then changing it back again but it didn’t make any difference. I also checked to make sure the rides were visible to everyone, which they are.
Hi!I have been uploading my rowing to Strava (Android) for a while now, and recently I noticed that when using the ‘Quick Edit’ feature to rename/make changes to these activities, the pace units for the activity - “/500m” for rowing - is changed to be “/km”. However, this is unhelpful as rowing consistently uses the “/500m” to measure splits. This issue isn’t present when using the standard Edit Activity button. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to see if this issue is consistent across other devices/Strava versions, and I don’t know if it has existed since the introduction of the Quick Edit feature or not. Hi everyone, I have a question that I can’t seem to find the answer/solution to. Basically upon plotting a route on Heatmaps the other day, I noticed that some local bike shops/mechanics are featured on the map but mine is not. Does anyone know how I can add my business to the map? I have tried adding it to Open Street Map (both shops I mentioned are also not on OSM) to no avail and I also have a Strava group too for my business.Any help would be appreciated, thanks
Why is the cadence replaced with avg power? Forerunner 55 doesnt provide power stats since way back. So how come its being shown in the top stats. Cadence can still be found below but its kind of inconvenient to scroll down further down when it used to be at the top with the distance, pace, elevation, etc. https://strava.app.link/jcJ3ivq85Tb
Bug report: On the mobile app, I (and others) cannot see the full text of my recent activities. They are cutoff. The “read more” option is missing. It is strange. If I view my wife’s recent activities from the same days, I see the “read more” link and it works. If either of us try to view my recent activities, the “read more” option is missing. The text cannot be read on the mobile app. Note 1: The full text appears on the website (i.e., no problem with the web interface).Note 2: My older activities have the “read more” link (no bug). It is only my recent activities in which the full text cannot be read on the mobile app. Bizarre!
I’m trying to edit a new route and most (but not all) actions I try result in: “Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.” I’m only creating or dragging points a few blocks apart. This also happens when I try to delete a waypoint. The entire route is only 1-2 miles long. Looks like an API error, but status.strava.com says all is operational. Again, this is sporadic, but not a result of 100% of my actions. edit: every action seems to be trying to calculate the resulting action from a point WAY far away. I’m in Oakland and editing a route in SF, but the calculation point is far to the west beyond both (see attachment). I even started a new route since the initial report, and this started in halfway through. Very frustrating to have basic route creating be this broken. edit 2: the route had placed a finish point somewhere near Buf
After a workout this morning I had the first realistic heart rate in weeks. Then I did a walk this afternoon and my heart rate went from 76 to 119 in the first minute and stayed at 119 without any change for 35 minutes. The terrain was undulating with some steep stairs and climbs and thus 119 throughout is most unlikely. Could you, Strava IT people, please take this info into account and have another look at the software. Thanks.
