Anyone else having this problem.  Seems like its been a problem since i can remember, years or more.First of all, i have been a member since February 17th, 2014 and a premium member since June 13th, 2018.  I don’t know if its because of how long i have had my account, but on the APP (not computer), i cannot see ALL of my Followers, or all those i am following. It stops loading after a few hundred.I am following 525 and i have 558 followers, but not all load for eachI read somewhere that Strava only allows you to see 200 Followers and lets you see that you are following 200 on the APP.  I don’t know if this is true, but it seems like a bug AND should be fixed for Premium users..

Hi! I’m on my phone and I can only see about 200 of the 330 people I follow. Recently 3 people unfollowed me, and I’d like to unfollow them back, but they’re in the group that I can’t see. I usually do follow-for-follow, so I want to keep it balanced. Does Strava show all followers and following if I log in on a laptop or computer? I’m not sure how to fix this and it’s a bit confusing lol

I’d like to identify a “segment of the month” for my team, and then have a competition to see who can complete the segment the most amount of times within a month. I am not interested in fastest time, just most attempts of the segment. I know I can compare times on a segment within my club, but I am interested only in the local legend of the segement, within my club, within a single month. How can I track this? Thanks!

I hate the pop up that asks "do you want to share this activity" when I make a screenshot. This just started happening a day ago. When try to make a screenshot a pop up appears and prevents me from doing screenshots normally. It stops me from doing what I want with a screenshot and using my phone's features. I don’t want the canned Strava sharing images. Anyone else have this problem?

I record my run with strava apps, but After i do my run, i uploaded my activities, it shown that its uploaded but never shown in my activities record

i ran in a official half marathon race today 13.1 miles 2.05.15 strava has logged run at 12.70 miles how can i fix this

Hi all,I just got my Amazfit watch and am trying to link my Strava account to the Zepp app.When I click on where it says “Unlink,” a page loads of search results like I just searched using the URL Zepp/Strava needs to load.Attached is a screenshot.How do I fix this?Please help.Thank you.

I found the post below from a couple of years ago and see that it was resolved. This is what my app is currently doing, this is very frustrating as I am currently training for a half marathon and would love to be able to see how I am doing throughout the run, but since my pace and avg pace times are based off of incorrect moving time that isn't possible.  I have updated and also deleted and redownloaded the app.  Is there something that I need to do in the app or a fix that is coming with a new update??.......SolvedMoving time and elapsed time not correct 2 years ago 18 replies  C+4 cleanhat Hub StarterThe last three times I have run using Strava it has incorrectly had my moving time less that half the time of my run. I completed the Castelli “Never Stop Riding” challenge and when I went to redeem my promo code, it asked for name & email but then redirected me to their website rather than presenting a promo code.. I uploaded this on reddit and it seems like a lot of other athletes have the same experience/problem… I dont know who to reach out to for help or visibility on the issue… I’m sure I’m not the only one with the problem. 

On a new beta update today selecting maps causes the app to crash. Tried the usual actions such as force close, clear cache etc but it nothing works. Version 425.6

I have noticed on my API Settings page that there's a limit to the amount of users an app can have. I know (based on API access) that a large percentage of users installed my app, tried it out and never used it again. My question is then: how can I revoke access to these users?

I just got a new phone, and after installing the Strava app, I noticed that any time I try to view an activity (either mine or someone I follow) the app crashes. It also crashed if I try to tap on the Maps or Record features. I can navigate the rest of the app features like Groups, If I go to the “You” feature I can also navigate within the Progress option plus I can scroll down my list of activities but just can’t open any.It has been uploading activities from Zwift and my Wahoo Element IRL rides without issue.I had a Pixel 6a before and now a Pixel 8 Pro. Same Android OS version/build on both phones and settings for the Strava app are all the same too.I have done the usual troubleshooting like clear app storage/cache and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app too.Not sure if it’s a specific feature of the Pixel 8 Pro causing the issues that my 6a did not have but it’s very frustrating.Thanks for any suggestions offered!

Did an indoor pool swim yesterday. Chose the Indoor Swim mode in the Strava app on my Apple Watch and swam ½ a mile. The watch showed the time passing, but never any distance. When the activity was uploaded to Strava, it only uploaded heart rate, no distance, no time. What did I do wrong?

Dear all, I’m currently setting up a webhook endpoint for my Strava app, but Strava cannot verify or access my HTTPS callback URL.Details: Endpoint: https://chaytructuyenapi.thaco.com.vn/api/strava/callback Server: Windows Server (IIS) SSL Certificate: Wildcard certificate for *.thaco.com.vn Issuer: Sectigo Public Server Authentication CA DV R36 Valid: 09 Sep 2025 – 08 Oct 2026  When testing with openssl s_client -connect chaytructuyenapi.thaco.com.vn:443 -showcerts, I get:verify error:num=20:unable to get local issuer certificate Browsers show the site as secure, but Strava’s webhook callback still fails.I suspect the intermediate certificate (Sectigo R36 chain) might not be correctly served by IIS. 👉 Questions: Does Strava’s webhook service require a full certificate chain (root + intermediate + leaf) to be served by the endpoint? Has anyone successfully used Sectigo’s Public Server Authentication CA DV R36 certificate with Strava webhooks on IIS? Are there any know

the latest lawsuit from Strava against Garmin is just another example of why I’m so glad I cancelled my Strava subscription 2 years ago. I don’t miss it and this latest lawsuit is why I continue to tell my friends who still have a subscription that they should cancel.

I have two starred segments under My Segments, one of which is clearly not one I starred. I tap the orange star but it stays orange and never gets removed. 

Hi all im in need of some help! I sent this to strava support a week ago but had no reply. I logged out of my account which was associated with an old email that isnt active anymore, meaning i cant change passwords as every time i click "forgot password" the email is sent to this inactive email! Is there any way to regain my account or potentially change the email without actually being logged in? Any help would be great! I dont want to lose all my runs!

When editing an activity from the listing (https://www.strava.com/athlete/training), ticking the checkbox “Commute” does not work.Furthermore, this works from the android app, but taking the same activity from the web and saving it again removes the tag
