No response on API user limit increase request

Question

Hey,

I applied on the 16th October for an increase beyond the current limit of 10 users, since then i have sent 2 chaser emails. No response at all.

Please review and let me know

Quite a few people are waiting; a few days ago, a user mentioned that the number of athletes they could have had been increased, and that they had waited about a month.
