This is Kenneth Aban. I have a concern regarding my Strava account. I did not click or confirm any subscription this year, yet my bank account was charged for a one-year Strava subscription this happened today (September 26,2025)
I hope this issue can be addressed, as the amount charged is important for covering my medical expenses.

the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled, just like with other subscription services. Anyway, if you want to request a refund, you need to contact Strava Support. This community hub is a discussion forum of Strava users like yourself, we can't arrange the refund for you.
