I sync the Decathlon-app-registrations and Strava. In the beginning, when I had a free Strava subscription the time registered was almost 100% correct. Now the Strava registered is always about 90 % of the real time (which is also registered in the Decathlon-app). I didn't change my running exercices..so no pauzes when I'm running.

Just want to ask the group if you are experiencing the same thing as me. My Strava keeps on closing/crashing when offline but works fine when I have Internet. Does anyone have a similar experience or is it just me? Thank you!

About September this year, my Garmin watch stopped syncing heart rate data to Strava, when it had worked fine previously. My app has been updated to latest version (Android version 438.9), Before you tell me to go to “Data Permissions” under “Settings”, it does not exist in my app, or on the website. You would probably tell me to go here How-Strava-Uses-Health-Data, which I’ve looked and does not help me.I lodged a ticket with support, they told me the same thing to go here, but data permissions does not exist… if I click the “Data Permissions” link on that page, it takes me where I want to be I guess: https://www.strava.com/settings/consentHowever, clicking on this literally does nothing, if I “Allow Access”, it just stays as “You have denied access”.  Can anyone help me with this?E.g. no “Data Permissions” on the left, and “Allow access” does nothing.  

Videos get blurry in Strava. Looks fine before upload to Strava, and looks fine if uploaded and watched at Google Photos. 1080 60fps or 30 fps. Have not tested 3k yet. Any solution to this?

app crashes as soon as I open it. I just got a replacement pixel 9 and transferred everything seemingly successfully, but Strava app will not stay open.I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone. Nothing helps.

Hello,I am using a galaxy ultra to do my run, and the data on strava never correspond to samsung health app, it always missing distance. How can i solve it? Thank you

I used my Garmin Edge MTB in Downhill mode for the first time as I was using an uplift serviceIt is supposed to operate like Apline Ski - where it just disregards the Uplift sections.This is fine in Garmin Connect - but when it moved over to Strava it has been flagged and I cannot view any segment data.It is including all the uplift as recorded activity.Anyone else had this issue? Limited info on the web and Garmin support have said ask Strava… who haven’t responded... 

Hello, when I upload my swimming activity from Polar Flow to Strava I always encounter the following issue. The swimming distance on Strava is consistently one meter shorter and Strava always includes the rest time in the total activity time. This results in inaccurate time and distance data. Is there a solution to this?

My watch has my run in the fitness/health apps. It usually auto-updates to strava. My only thought is that I updated my phone to ios 26 last night before my run and updated my watch to IOS 26 AFTER my run.Is there a way to force the upload? I have tried to log out of strava and back in, confirm that the settings are all correct, and check every other run and walk is entered. My early morning run worked yesterday but not today.I need the run, specificially the mapped route, to be in strava as my strava pushes to city strides. Auto-entering does not seem to add my route, just my time and distance and effort and I would really like the route to be in the app as well.I finished a lot of short, irritating roads off today and I'm going to be annoyed if I have to do this again tomorrow.

I am trying to post activities to my Instagram story and the app is not showing up in the list I can share to? Any idea on how to get it so the instagram app shows up on the share list? I have submitted a ticket to Strava support and there has been no answer. 

Hi all, I have been able to sync activities from HUAWEI health to Strava for over a year now but in the last month and a half it has stopped uploading new activities to Strava. Does anyone else have this issue? I have done everything suggested on the websites etc I have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure all the sync settings are correct and ensured Strava is linked but still not working 

My workouts on my 2025 Nordic Track iFIT treadmill always sync to my iFIT app and my Apple Fitness app, but half the time they will not upload to Strava. I have restarted both apps. I have deleted both apps and redownloaded both apps. Both apps are updated to the most recent version. I have un-synced the apps and reconnected them to my profiles and again allowed for sharing. It is beyond frustrating how many bugs and lack of fixes there are. The “help” from Strava says to Manually save each workout file in iFIT online, have it email you a file. Next download the file, unzip the file so it’s the proper format. Finally, open Strava online (not in app) and find where you can manually upload the file, find the file you unzipped and upload. Unfortunately, you get all this way and see that it only provides basic stats. This is not a solution in my opinion. I am a Strava Subscriber, not using free Strava. I am an iFIT Member, not using free version.  Please fix this Strava! 

Hi all,This is not the usual issue of iFit not syncing at all with Strava, as mine syncs most of the time.I am set up so that every time I complete a ride on my NordicTrack studio bike, iFit shares the workout with Strava, but every now and then I will do a ride and it will not sync, no matter what I try.This afternoon I completed two workouts and even though they are both showing on the. iFit calendar, only the first has migrated across to Strava. It will be working fine for another week or so, then will happen again.It happened a few times last year which I wasn’t too fussed about, but I use Strava as my main workout diary and decided to exercise every day in January. Everything migrated across without issue until January 12th, where Strava thinks I had a rest day, whereas today is actually day 18 of exercise.I know it’s not the end of the world, but rather frustrating all the same and I’m hoping if it’s a known issue, there might be an easy fix, outside of rebooting and reinstalling

I’m having a persistent issue when trying to connect Strava to my Mi Fitness app. I go to Profile → Third-party data → Strava → Connect, and it redirects me to a black screen with a spinning circle that never finishes loading. It just stays there indefinitely. Everything else in the app works fine. All permissions are correctly enabled, both apps are fully updated, and I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, as well as clearing all data and cache — but the problem remains exactly the same. Honestly, I find this very disappointing. I was seriously considering paying for Strava Premium, but with issues like this and no clear solution, it’s hard to justify upgrading. I really hope you can look into this and provide a fix soon. Thank you.

Let’s consider the following two fairly popular segments in my area - they are the same segment but in opposite directions:  Even though these segments are on literally the same trail that crosses the hill, one of them can be synced as a live segment and another one can’t. Both of them contain both uphill and downhill sections, but the two ends of the trails are at slightly different elevations, so it ends up having a bit more climbing than descending in one direction than in another.Do you think that it is arbitrary that Strava allows one of these two segments to be synced but not another? Does it even make sense to apply this limitation to running segments?To give you another extreme example, here is what Strava considers to be a flat segment and allows it to be synced to my running watch - this literally goes over 3 mountain summits and back down. And it totally should be allowed - that what’s makes segments so great for trail running where the terrain is inevitably mixed. But what

I’ve been using Strava on my Android phone(s) for a decade and this week the app won’t open on my Moto unless it’s connected to Wi-Fi or has cellular coverage.  If I have bars or Wi-Fi it owns just fine, if not, it doesn’t.  I deleted the app and reinstalled it from Play Store with no change.  Since most of the time my activities are remote this is a hassle!  Ideas?   TIA!

Steps:Connect external bluetooth HRM (in this case polar’s arm band) to Apple Watch Do a workout on Apple Watch using apple’s app. Import to StravaWorkout on Strava did not contain any HR data! I do get HR data if i don’t use an external HRM though. If I look at the workout in the apple fitness app, i do see the HR data from the external HRM.I believe this is an issue with Strava only selecting the HR data from the Apple Watch source. In Health App → Heart Rate → Data Sources & Access, you can see the Data Sources, including any external HRM. Note: this happened today, but yesterday it did work.Note 2: just did a test again and seems to work 💀still weird why that one run didnt

When I sync my ski activity from Slopes to Strava, the lift ascents are being counted as ski runs. In Slopes, runs and lifts are correctly separated, but Strava merges them, which inflates total distance, time, and elevation stats. It seems Strava isn’t recognizing Slopes’ lift/run data properly.

Cuando voy al gimnasio, no me deja especificar al introducir de forma manual la actividad ni las calorías ni la FC que me ha calculado el reloj. Lo veo incongruente con que, por ejemplo, sí que dé la opción de introducir km en la opción de “entrenamiento con pesas”.Por tanto, ¿sería posible que al introducir una actividad manual se pueda introducir el dato de kcal y el de FC?Me ocurre lo mismo con natación, Strava no me deja pasar directamente la actividad y siempre tengo que volcarla de forma manual, pero al introducir los datos no puedo introducirlos todos y la actividad queda muy vacía.Gracias. I have consistently used auto-pause on rides (urban and trail) to great effect through multiple iterations of Apple Watch (series 6, Ultra, Ultra 2, Series 10) and versions of watchOS.  However about 3 months ago I noticed that auto-pause would stop with my first rest… and never resume.  This happened on my Ultra2, series 10 and now on my Ultra3.  This worked flawlessly for years… and now seems completely broken (I have not completed a ride successfully with auto-pause since the behavior started).  I ride with just the watch (as I have always with no issue).   Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi All, I use Strava on my Apple Watch Series 6.  For the past few weeks (since last OS update), elevation gains (outdoor ride) have been way off, reporting at least double what they should be.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  I removed and reinstalled Strava on my watch and phone, but that hasn't made any difference.
