Activities like Pilates or HIIT won't sync from Strava watch app to phone app

My running, walking even pickleball all sync automatically after I have saved them from the Strava app on my watch. I have tried for the last 5 workouts to record a pilates or HIIT workout, and it appears that it has recorded on the watch, but these workouts never show up on my workout activity log. Today, for instance, I did a pilates workout ending at 7:15am, and a walk at 8am. The walk shows up but not the pilates.

Strava app on Apple Phone goes to screen saver - doesn't record heartrate data

When I start Strava on my Apple Watch, it always used to stay Always On - which allowed it to be active long enough to collect heart rate data. For the last two days, when I start a ride, within about 10 seconds from starting a ride activity, the watch goes to screen saver and I have to touch the screen to reactivate Strava. Distance is recorded, but heart rate data is not. I have up to date iOS and WatchOS, and Strava app on both iPhone and Watch. I’ve reinstalled the Strava app on my watch. I’ve powered off both multiple times.Appreciate any solution here. Thanks.

iWatch Heart Rate Data

I use a new iWatch to capture heart rate data. Notice how there are long periods of time when the data is not being continuously imported. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Strava Live Segments not Showing On Garmin Edge530

Strava Live Segments are not showing up on my Garmin Edge 530. When I look at the course map, I see the segments highlighted in green. But I never get the segment notification.. However all segments were starred and are synced with my Garmin (they are in the segments list).  How can I fix this?

[Resolved] Fitbit to Strava sync looses GPS track information

Recently I face an issue that my Fitbit activities are not synced correctly. All the data are correct: distance, heartbeat and so on. But the GPS track stops in Strava after 2 km, no matter how long the track is in Fitbit. My last three activities face this issue and it worked before without any issue.  I have already disconnect the accounts and connects them again, but without any luck. Do any other Fitbit user face this issue or can give me a hint why this happens? It's annoying because it's start out of the sudden. I have attached screenshots of my last activity. Live Segments - device specific limitations

Recently I started to run with Suunto Race S watch. While I quite like this watch, it has one significant for me disadvantage compared to my old Garmin Fenix 7X - support for Strava Live segments.With Garmin Fenix 7X, I can have up 100 segments synced to the watch, and downhill running segments are synced (despite what Strava’s support article claims). Just to be clear, downhill cycling segments are not synced, but downhill running segments are. That is great, because I live in a hilly area with a lot of downhill running segments, especially when that is applied to trail running segments.Now, with Suunto Race S, the number of synced live segments is limited to only 20, and downhill running segments are not synced. I wonder whether these limitation come from Strava or from the device specific implementations? The main problem with the very small number of synced segments is that I pretty much can no longer star segments. Strava Live starred Segments on Garmin limited to 100 by Strava NOT Garmin.. who is lying?

Garmin have just informed me that it is Strava that limit the number of starred Live segments that can sync on Garmin devices to 100.. So who’s not telling the truth??

The strava login window within Sigma data center no longer working

I can no longer connect My sigma software (sigma data center)  with strava on one of my computers.The “log in” button does not work (nor do any of the other buttons for that matter)On my other computer I’m still connected, and syncing still works.Contacted Sigma, who say they no longer give support for their software….I’ve tested it with a 3rd PC, that never had the software installed before, and  the same problem occurs.Is there any workaround / fix for this ?

Igpsport hr40

I have an Igpsport hr40 heart rate monitor, but it won't let me connect it to Strava. I can use it and see data on Wahoo, but not on Strava.

Sync from Teenager's "Family Share" Apple Watch?

My son is getting old enough to run with me and has a cellular Apple Watch. He does NOT have a phone of any kind. You can’t directly install the Strava app (for some reason) on a watch without a directly sync’d iPhone with primary ownership of the watch. Even though the Watch has cellular data. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I can see and manage his watch with my phone, but it’s not the same as the link my phone has with my Apple watch. He uses the native exercise tracking app on his watch. Is there any method to sync the Apple activity data from his watch to a Strava account? So far I’m not finding a solution to even export it.

Strava only giving average speed on bike

 I’ve been a paid subscriber for many years and the appom my iPhone 16 promax just started to show only average yesterday. Is there a setting that changed?GPS works fine, but the app just started to say the GPS is intermittent today. Mapmyride works fine (I always have MapMyRide running in the background and have for years because Strava has failed a few times over the years and luckily I had Mapmyride running to save the stats (MMR has NEVER failed me)Is there now some kind of adjustment for the app to show live speed? (Bicycle)I’m going to erase and reinstall and try it. Will report if any difference Thanks

Missing laps in Strava after garmin connect import

Hello, this happened for the first time to me. I uploaded my activity to garmin connect and it transfered to Strava but some laps where not recoreded (Power not measured). However they appear correctly in Garmin Connect. Moreover, due to this problem my activity is shorter than it really was. Can you fix that? Walks/Runs show wrong date/time

Hi, recently my sim card was off for some time and i logged a walk through my apple watch. Later i fixed the sim outage but it seems the watch didnt synchronize properly. I manually entered the walk into strava app. A day later the activity was synced. However, the date/time was wrong… Checking the internet people said need to check the time zone on the strava web page. I checked but it was fine… Now every time i log an activity it is one day earlier, e.g. i did a run on 1st July 8pm but the app shows 30th June morning. That’s beyond frustrating as it messes my apple watch health app completely up (it shows some completely crazy number on active time and super low number on active calories). Is there any way to fix it? I always liked strava app but if it messes up the whole apple health app on the watch i am afraid i need to terminate the subscription… no choice CheersThomas

Garmin sync producing wrong stats in Strava (outdoor rowing)

I use a Garmin Forerunner 165 to record and sync activities with Strava (Android). Recently, when I do outoor rowing (crew) activities, it syncs with stats like these:In rowing, these stats are super irrelevant and unhelpful, with workouts measured in meters and splits (/500m) like below:Has anyone faced the same issue? Is there a way to manually highlight / select / force certain statistics to show via Garmin or via Strava? Having my row data in Strava went from super useful to super irrelevant overnight with no fix. Thanks.

[KNOWN ISSUE] Apple Watch marathon run not importing into Strava

I ran a marathon yesterday, which I recorded with my Apple Watch. Ever since, I've been trying to import the activity in Strava on my iPhone. The activity shows up as a new activity under notifications. When I tap "Import" the little wheels keep spinning for a long time. After that it is replaced by a tick but the activity is not actually added to my profile. I've tried many times and it is never added to my profile. The activity shows up normally in my Apple Fitness/Health apps. I've tried just about everything which I could find online in order to solve it. I've rebooted the Apple Watch, the iPhone, logged out and back into the Strava app, deleted the Strava app and reinstalled it, but the activity just won't import. I import activities from my Apple Watch many times a week since years and I’ve never had this issue before. I've also tried importing other activities today and they import just fine. How can I solve this issue?

Strava imports Apple Watch paddling workout as indoor activity

Hi everyone,I realized strava is importing my Apple Watch paddling workout flagged as indoor activity without a map. The classification can be reversed only on the desktop, but map data is already lost at that point. My Strava app is synced with Health with all necessary permissions and the Apple Watch is recording GPS data for paddling workouts, showing it in the Fitness app.Has anyone a solution?

Garmin HRM connected not showing heart rate- issue started this week

Garmin HRM-dual linked to Strava. connection shows good when recording, double dash showing in HR block, Device shows connected in sensor menu. This had been working fine. Today nothing. new batter and same result. the monitor connected directly to app, not thru bluetooth on phone.

Huawei Fit Warch 3 sync - Duplicate Activities from HUAWEI Fit Watch 3

Hello, I’m using a HUAWEI Fit Watch 3, and everything had been working well until recently. For the past one or two weeks, every activity is being synced twice to Strava. As a result, I see all my activities duplicated. Even when I delete the duplicate entries, they reappear the next time the watch syncs with Strava. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Is there something I need to adjust in the settings, or is this a known syncing problem? Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards,

stop the aggressive sales!

Every time I touch the map of my daily activity the screen jumps to me upgrading.  If this continues, I’m out. You think there’s not a hundred activity trackers?Strava is brutal with the popups. I pay $99/year!F#ck-off Already. I can’t even tap the map without a pop-up. Every single time. If it doesn’t stop, Now! I will delete and tell everyone that asks not to bother with Strava. Holy Bullshit!I certainly don’t need to pay for this complete malfunction. I can’t even tap or even use the map. I’m constantly backing up and trying again to move the map, or expand it. And again. Brutal.

I wait for fewer hours for syncing to Samsung Health.It's nothing yet, no activity from Strava of the GPX file.
