I did a ride today and Strava had a bit of a malfunction so it routed me to another part of the ride, so I missed off c30miles of the route I needed to ride. I know where I went wrong, so if I went back and started riding, and then asked Strava to Ride to Route, would this work?IE starting the ride ½ way through and not at the start!I really need to do these 30miles, but don’t have my laptop.thanks

Why it is not possible to add elevation gain during a treadmill workout?I can add this information on my suunto but loss it after the synchronization to strava. Even with an manual activity this field is not available 

Why is igpsport blocked on the “Syncing through Device Software” page

 Hello Strava Support Team,I am experiencing a problem connecting my Realme Watch 5 to my Strava account. Every time I try to connect or authorize the device, I receive the following error message:“403 Error: Exceeded connected athlete limit.”Because of this issue, my Realme Watch 5 cannot sync or connect with Strava properly. I have already tried reconnecting the account, logging in again, and using a different browser/device, but the problem still appears.I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can connect and sync my Realme Watch 5 with Strava successfully?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Jevon

 You really want to ask me about my 360 data authorization, but I cannot upload data. 

Since 24th of April nothing loads. I can record runs, but can't save them. I can't see any activities. I open the app, and everything is just loading, but there is no content. At the moment the app is useless.

Witam Jakoś od końca kwietnia Strava się nie ładuje, po odinstalowaniu i ponownym zainstalowaniu problem znika ale tylko na ten jeden raz, gdy włączam aplikację. Podczas próby ponownego uruchomienia aplikacji strava znowu się nie ładuje. Problem dotyczy POCO X7 PRO ,na tablecie Strava działa normalnie. Dodam że wcześniej wszystko działało bez zastrzeżeń. Proszę o pomoc.

I've uninstalled the app, and reinstalled numerous times, turn phone off and back on and for the last 2 weeks it's been hit or miss whether it'll save my training. Hopefully this can be sorted asap, otherwise I'm gonna have to cancel my subscription. It's demoralising to do a great work out for it not to be stored for future comparisons 

I noticed that strava is uploading different data then i have on my watch or on my bike. Is that normal ? I guess its not. Regards,Alen

Hello, Garmin Support confirmed that they have received multiple reports of users getting the “Invalid Garmin Credentials” page when attempting to link Garmin Connect with Strava. According to Garmin, their engineers investigated and determined this was an issue on Strava’s side, and a fix was reportedly implemented. However, I am still unable to reconnect my Garmin Connect account. Garmin Connect syncs normally with my Forerunner 55, I can log in successfully on both the app and website, and Garmin Support has already ruled out an issue with my Garmin account. The Garmin authorization step still fails and returns “Invalid Garmin Credentials” every time I try to reconnect through both the Strava app and the Strava website. Could you please check if there is still an account-specific authorization issue or a remaining problem on Strava’s side preventing Garmin Connect from linking to my Strava account? Thank you.

I could not save my activity today. As a solution I thought to log off and then log in again on Android phone. However on the phone Strava doesn't want to log in. But I can log in om my computer. Why can I not log in on Android anymore, like this I cannot use the App anymore.

I would like the addition of a different brand of smart ring to Strava, specifically RingConn because I cannot connect my ring in the app, devs if you can add RingConn to the devices to connect to that would be amazing.

I have been using Strava on Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic since several weeks. All went fine and my activities while training were shown on Now Bar (like e.g. Samsung Health or YouTube).About a week ago, my on-going Strava activities stopped to be shown on Now Bar. As a result, while training, I need to go to Strava App on my Watch, tap it and only after I see my current data on Strava.How can I fix it? I checked million times all of the permissions and reinstalled the app several times.

Strava has paused on the summary page of my run and won't load to the next page (title run etc) to save. Help!

I use the Strava app on my apple watch ultra. Has worked fine in the past. On recent regular outdoor runs, the app suddenly activates the lap function mid run. If I want an open run for the duration, how do I stop the app from suddenly engaging a lap at random times. it also usually only lasts a few minutes but when the run is over, I have multiple laps recorded but didn’t intend on this.

Hi, since one Week Strava did not sync with Kinomap. Kinomap sends Activity Data to Strava automatic, but the Strava App dos not show anything. Problem is active since one Week, before that everything was ok and running perfectly.

Hi, im currently doing the 60 miles walkies challenge for Stand up to cancer. My Strava app is linked to my giving page so it can track how many miles I’ve done and it uploads my activities. However not all my activities have uploaded so it looks like I have done less miles than I have, I have checked all my settings and the activity type. The activities that haven’t uploaded aren’t any different to those that have successfully uploaded. Is there anything that can be done?Thanks 

for about 12 months I continue to be frustrated with HUAWEI ultimate data updates to Strava. Initislky there was an error factor of about 1% which I can forgive and add 1% to my runs but it has become very unpredictableThere also appears to be growing discontent and criticism of HUAWEI. For examples... I have today completed a 5k park run my wife garmin recorded 5.05, her Strava 5.04. On the same run, My HUAWEI intimate 5.14km uploaded to Strava 4.93. And last week I did a did a half marathon and additional 300m to make sure I recorded a half marathon (HUAWEI 21.4km) but upload to Strava was only 20.56km... you can imagine I'm not happy… loosing out on recording a 5k and a half marathon. You are right, I’m not happy… I love the HUAWEI ultimate but I'm not going to continue with the distance and pace uncertainty when I run. And unless there is a conscious effort to fix this  software integration issue, I'm going to get a Garmin Fenix. 

connected Strava to eGym app.. Strava NOT logging any activity logged in eGym though  All setting on eGym done n checked again as per their forum Is there any setting in Strava so that Strava logs the eGym activites??

Since Sunday 29, March, as I couldn’t get any sync between Suunto Race2 and Strava Apps on my IPhone 16e, I uninstalled Strava. On Tuesday 31, March, Strava Apps is not available in France to be uploaded from Apple Store! Is there any geographical restrictions to upload Strava Apps from Apple Store ?

The app on my Apple Watch will not sync or connect to my phone. It is stuck on the “On your phone, log in or sign up using the Strava app.” I have already done all of the steps on the phone app. I tried uninstalling, turning off both devices, and reinstalling, but this has done absolutely nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and considering just using another competitor app. None of the forum posts I have read provide an actual solution other than to just do this over and over again. Please help me fix this
