Here’s the situation:Smart trainer connected to MyWhoosh for power/cadence/control. Garmin chest strap connected to MyWhoosh for HR. Everything works and syncs correctly with Strava after uploading ride. The problem is that I only see partial HR data in the Health app (two data points and an average HR that is close but not the same as Strava). This problem then gets replicated as partial HR data in the Fitness app and any app that pulls from Health (e.g. Bevel). All permissions are set correctly in Health and Strava. Also, when I do an outdoor run with Apple Watch using the Strava app there’s no issue. 

At my Samsung S24 the Strava app stops tracking the correct location when I pause to wait for my fellow hikers or watch the scenery …. Only after finishing the activity and returning back before saving it I’m able to obtain a new (GPS) position and continue tracking again. Changing power optimization, location, etc. settings have not resolved the issue. Who has ideas to solve this?

i have a android phone and whenever i go on a run i never have much problems well today i went on a run and everytime i puase and then resume my run the pace stops updating and the distance does not change. My little GPS green dot keeps moving around but nothing keeps tracking. I have restarted my phone it have checked my GPS signal which is a strong signal and I have turned off auto puase and it still does not work. My strava got a update last night and ever sense this update I cannot track any runs on my phone. Eveything on my watch works just fine but when I try to use my phone nothing seems to work after I puase and resume my run. How do I fix this? I have a android a16 phone. 

I had a Strava account that I previously had linked to my NYRR account.For some reason when I got a new Garmin and set it up, I created a new Strava account through my Apple ID, which is different than the old account I had.I did not realize I had 2 separate accounts until this week when I went to see why I wasn’t receiving credit for the NYRR Resolution Run.I can see the NYRR Resolution Run as a challenge on my old Strava account, however I unlinked my NYRR from that account, and re-linked it to my new Strava account, where I do not see the Resolution Run as a challenge. When I search for the NYRR Resolution Run through my new Strava account, it asks me to re-register, which I don’t feel like I should have to do since I’ve already re-linked my NYRR account to my new Strava account. I’ve reached out to Strava support and NYRR support, NYRR pointed me to Strava, who provided me with a generic response to check out the articles on their support

Hi, I had a new watch for Christmas and it no longer names it on my activities. It just says 'wear OS by google'. It's strange because it used to name my previous watch 4. I have tried various things like using health sync instead but it didn't help. Can anyone advise please? 

I have my Fitbit and Strava accounts linked, so runs, walks, hikes, and bike rides that I record with my Fitbit (Versa 4) are automatically synced to Strava.There are other activities with GPS tracks though that do not appear to sync.Specific examples include alpine skiing and ice skating.Currently I can download the *.tcx file for an exercise from the Fitbit app and then upload it manually on the Strava webpage.Is there a setting or configuration I am missing that would allow this to automatically sync? If this is not currently supported, can the Fitbit-to-Strava sync described here (Fitbit and Strava) be extended to include all exercises with a GPS track?I asked this same question on the Fitbit community forum (

Hi everyone, I have had Huawei GT6Pro for couple of months now. When I go a walk I leave my Samsung phone at home and after workout it syncs with Strava when I get back home. I had no issues.For some reason the 180 Minute Sweat and the walk 100K steps challenges is not showing progress but all the other challenges are. I contacted Strava support and got some links for help, But cant figure it out, The only thing I can think of is, Do I need to take the phone with Me to count the steps through the Strava app?

My old activities from garmin didn't sync to Strava when i connected garmin but new activities get synced to Strava

After uploading rides from Zwift strava does not seem to recognize that as an activity. It shows up as a 0 on my relative effort as well as in overall fitness. Does anybody know why this could be happening? well as the 

I use AWU3 as a running watch + Polar H10. I don't carry phone with me, I have LTEAll possible permissions has been added to Runna, all is enabled both phone and watchAll workouts syncs OK, but sometimes without a Heart Rate graph, only average valueDid any if you experience such issue? 

Hello,I recently finished the London marathon with the activity recording on my Apple Watch.  My watch was running low on battery, but I managed to finish the race with some battery left. I completed it on my watch and got the usual readout of statistics. However following this my watch ran out of battery and I don’t think it uploaded onto my actual account as it is not showing up on my Strava account. Is there any way of recovering saved runs which haven’t been uploaded? Thanks 

Strava watch interactions seem to be bugged. Previously, the quick start watch tile would show your 3 recent activities and the option for a list. Now, it just shows run, walk and cycle, and selecting one of these will not start the activity, but will open the list of activities.Activities aren't ordered in any logical way. With ride types not together, indoors activities not together, or alphabetical at the least. Often times selecting something from the quick start tiles will tell you a workout is already active, before crashing and then starting over showing the activity list.Previous posts have been made, but it's been going on for so long that folks think that this is the norm. Hey everyone,I just got the Xiaomi Watch S4 recently and have been using it with the Mi Fitness app. It’s already linked to Strava, and my outdoor walking activities sync perfectly no problem there.But here’s the issue:Any outdoor cycling activity I record using the watch does not sync to Strava.I tried short tests (500m+, GPS was on, strong signal) still nothing shows up on my Strava account.Things I’ve tried:✅ Unlinked & relinked Strava✅ Restarted both phone and watch✅ Tried both WiFi and mobile data✅ Synced Mi Fitness with Google Fit (still didn’t show in Strava)It’s honestly super frustrating since cycling is my main cardio and I was expecting this flagship watch to handle that no problem. hi. previously, my strava account link with Zepp account and watch. Now, im trying to link my new coros watch with strava account, following the step provided by coros via link. But not working. how to sync my new coros watch? 

so i recently started to cycle on a Bluetooth Connected fitness bike.  i Connect my Apple Watch and record to Apple fitness. once done i import to Strava. I want to show the distance i have cycled but Strava is not showing the data even though its avaible via Apple fitness. is This a missing feature? A bug? Am i missing someting?  Best reguards.

Several times now my Apple watch is stopping with low battery after a run with Strava. I record my 50 min run in my watch (series 6) with battery on ~50%.Soming back home, before I can synchronize the run, the watch suddenly turns off due to low battery power. If I can manage to synchronize the run immediately as I get home, the battery level remains OK.Also the recharging, getting back to live takes longer  and it drains the battery down immediately as long the run ist not synched. After synching everything is back to normal. Any idea how to solve this issue?

How do you assign shoes to a bike?I have selected Cycling as my default sport but when I try to add shoes to a bike I do not get a choice of bike only Running  , walking etc. sports.

Apologies if that has been responded somewhere already but couldn’t see any recent post and want to believe there is a fix for this.In short, the 1km auto-laps from my Apple Watch (using native workout app) are not showing correctly on Strava, where some of the laps are way offs (not seconds, like a minute in some instance). I have my Apple Watch in the simplest setting: no auto-pause, not pace range alerts, etc. just the basic 1km lap marker. I obviously sometimes manually pause my watch at red lights, etc. Total distance, average pace and time all match. Just wrong splits. Does this has a fix? I would be shocked if not, which would basically prevent me from using Strava going forward. And hopefully

Hello, I shared this in another post, but since the owner of that (now marked as solved) thread believes this might be a different issue, I wanted to create a new topic. I use an Apple Watch Ultra and the native Apple Fitness app to record my runs. I sync the activities to the Strava iPhone app. I’m having issues with split paces for runs where there are pauses and resumes during the run. This also affected my PRs — now I have dozens of strange PR values (e.g., 3–4–5s/km!). There are lots of people (including two of my friends) having this issue for a very long time. It’s really strange that it still hasn’t been identified by Strava. If they looked at the strange PRs recorded with Apple Watch, they would definitely notice this. Here’s my typical running scenario where I encounter this problem consistently:• I start a run using the native Fitness app on my Apple Watch Ultra.• I run ~3 km.• I

As mentioned in the title - Roller rides recorded as Indoor ride via Wahoo elemnt roam do not take into account breaks distorting the average speed, neither auto-pause nor manual pause are taken into account when the workout is synced with the strava. thus distorting average speed a lot

Some of my historic apple health workout data has successfully synced over to Strava, but much of it is missing. For some reason, some information from 2021 synced, then there’s a gap, and then the data restarts when I setup my Strava account in November 2025. I’m missing everything prior to 2021 and between Sept 2021 and 2025.
