Hi everyone!I have a question about importing activities from the SportsTracker app into Strava.I have a lot of workouts recorded in SportsTracker from the past years, but I’ve stopped using that app and would like to move all my activities to Strava.Does anyone know the best way to export or convert SportsTracker files and import them into Strava? Any tools, tips, or workflows you can recommend would be really appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!

Some time ago I linked the Stages cycling app to my Strava account.However, the relative effort numbers via Stages are off the scale! So, I want to remove the link.I cannot find out to do this! I’ve been through all the menus. Someone out there will know…. Thanks.

Hi, for some reasons just can’t sync it!The Xiaomi app detects Strava then when i try to connect, and approve authorizations, it goes to strava.com etc, and then it freezes… Please help.

I done a run and recorded it on my Strava App where I manually click start and finish run from my phone. I usually wear an apple watch series 3 which is synced to my strava but do not use the data. As the watch is quite old I don’t tend to use the data. I did not end my run on my apple watch which was running and only well after my run i ended this on my watch. This data from my apple watch then replaced my data from the strava app. Is there a way I can see my run which i recorded on the strava app rather then the imported from Apple watch? 

I’ve tried legit everything but my garmin 3S still wont sync anything to Strava - disconnecting and reconnecting it. It shows my old apple watch is still there but says to accept conditions, but i no longer have access to it. Please help.  

Hi! I’ve recently started using a Coospo H8 heart rate monitor for my workouts and had no issues connecting or recording the data, so all looks good while I’m working out. When I save the activity however it doesn’t seem to retain the data and it’s as if I’ve not recorded anything; no average HR visible on the activity or anything like that. I was wondering whether anyone knew what the issue was, maybe I’m not doing something right?Thanks!

Hi all, When I record a ride with my Apple Watch, everything works perfectly: I get the full route, heart rate, and all metrics in Strava. However, when I follow a route (for example a planned route / navigation), the heart rate data is missing, even though the route itself is recorded correctly. What is the correct way to record a ride with navigation enabled and still keep heart rate data from the Apple Watch? Should the activity be started on the Watch or on the iPhone? Is there a specific Strava or Apple Watch setting required? Or is this a known limitation?  Thanks in advance for your helpmarcel

We have three users at home, all three with Samsung Galaxy phones. Opening the app via Wi-Fi works very quickly for one user. For the other two, it takes a very long time to open the app. It works very quickly for these two users via 4G. What could be the problem?

I recently got a new Amazfit 6 and recorded a treadmill run. Initially, the distance was off, so I calibrated the run to match the treadmill distance. After calibration, the Zepp app shows the correct distance and pace, matching the treadmill exactly. However, once the activity syncs to Strava, the distance is reduced, which results in an incorrect pace, even though the total time remains correct. This suggests that Strava is overriding or recalculating the treadmill distance instead of using the calibrated value provided by the device/app. Is there a way to ensure that Strava uses the original calibrated treadmill distance from Zepp for indoor runs, or any setting/workaround to prevent this recalculation?

On 01/05 and 01/07 I recorded my Indoor Cycle activity on my Apple Watch Series 8 and these synched to my Strava with no problem.  Today (01/13) my Indoor Cycle activity on my Apple Watch Series 8 will not synch with Strava. I have tried suggested solutions but no joy.Is there an outage at Strava?Why does the auto-synching suddenly stop when I have undertaken no updates or changed any settings?Is there a manual way to upload activity without purchasing another iPhone Health App (e.g., HealthFit)?Thank you. 

In the last few days, when I start a Strava Watch activity on my Apple Watch Ultra, the activity does not actually start unless I keep the watch app up and going in the watch face for the full 3-2-1 countdown.  This has led to missed miles and time and is irritating new behavior; I usually notice it has happened only when Apple Workout asks me if I want to start something some time in.Anyone else seeing this/know how to change it back to the way it used to work? 

Anyone know what has caused this issue?Splits on Strava are all over the place, while the summary in Strava is correct. This was on a treadmill with the Apple Watch directly synced to the treadmill. Strava added 1.1km in the splits compared to the Apple Watch splits which are correct.   

My workouts on my 2025 Nordic Track iFIT treadmill always sync to my iFIT app and my Apple Fitness app, but half the time they will not upload to Strava. I have restarted both apps. I have deleted both apps and redownloaded both apps. Both apps are updated to the most recent version. I have un-synced the apps and reconnected them to my profiles and again allowed for sharing. It is beyond frustrating how many bugs and lack of fixes there are. The “help” from Strava says to Manually save each workout file in iFIT online, have it email you a file. Next download the file, unzip the file so it’s the proper format. Finally, open Strava online (not in app) and find where you can manually upload the file, find the file you unzipped and upload. Unfortunately, you get all this way and see that it only provides basic stats. This is not a solution in my opinion. I am a Strava Subscriber, not using free Strava. I am an iFIT Member, not using free version.  Please fix this Strava! 

When i do an activity on strava it does not sync on samsung health. It does from Samsung health to strava, but never the other way.Is there a fix for this? Or is this by design?

I have a Reflex Active 54. The time on the watch and the time on the app are identical and correct. However when I upload to Strava the distance shown and the map is correct but my moving time, and obviously pace is incorrect. I have tried it numerous times and on different runs but still the same issue. Have I missed something please assist

I use AWU3 as a running watch + Polar H10. I don't carry phone with me, I have LTEAll possible permissions has been added to Runna, all is enabled both phone and watchAll workouts syncs OK, but sometimes without a Heart Rate graph, only average valueDid any if you experience such issue? 

Here’s the situation:Smart trainer connected to MyWhoosh for power/cadence/control. Garmin chest strap connected to MyWhoosh for HR. Everything works and syncs correctly with Strava after uploading ride. The problem is that I only see partial HR data in the Health app (two data points and an average HR that is close but not the same as Strava). This problem then gets replicated as partial HR data in the Fitness app and any app that pulls from Health (e.g. Bevel). All permissions are set correctly in Health and Strava. Also, when I do an outdoor run with Apple Watch using the Strava app there’s no issue. 

At my Samsung S24 the Strava app stops tracking the correct location when I pause to wait for my fellow hikers or watch the scenery …. Only after finishing the activity and returning back before saving it I’m able to obtain a new (GPS) position and continue tracking again. Changing power optimization, location, etc. settings have not resolved the issue. Who has ideas to solve this?

i have a android phone and whenever i go on a run i never have much problems well today i went on a run and everytime i puase and then resume my run the pace stops updating and the distance does not change. My little GPS green dot keeps moving around but nothing keeps tracking. I have restarted my phone it have checked my GPS signal which is a strong signal and I have turned off auto puase and it still does not work. My strava got a update last night and ever sense this update I cannot track any runs on my phone. Eveything on my watch works just fine but when I try to use my phone nothing seems to work after I puase and resume my run. How do I fix this? I have a android a16 phone. 

I had a Strava account that I previously had linked to my NYRR account.For some reason when I got a new Garmin and set it up, I created a new Strava account through my Apple ID, which is different than the old account I had.I did not realize I had 2 separate accounts until this week when I went to see why I wasn’t receiving credit for the NYRR Resolution Run.I can see the NYRR Resolution Run as a challenge on my old Strava account, however I unlinked my NYRR from that account, and re-linked it to my new Strava account, where I do not see the Resolution Run as a challenge. When I search for the NYRR Resolution Run through my new Strava account, it asks me to re-register, which I don’t feel like I should have to do since I’ve already re-linked my NYRR account to my new Strava account. I’ve reached out to Strava support and NYRR support, NYRR pointed me to Strava, who provided me with a generic response to check out the articles on their support

Hi, I had a new watch for Christmas and it no longer names it on my activities. It just says 'wear OS by google'. It's strange because it used to name my previous watch 4. I have tried various things like using health sync instead but it didn't help. Can anyone advise please? 

I have my Fitbit and Strava accounts linked, so runs, walks, hikes, and bike rides that I record with my Fitbit (Versa 4) are automatically synced to Strava.There are other activities with GPS tracks though that do not appear to sync.Specific examples include alpine skiing and ice skating.Currently I can download the *.tcx file for an exercise from the Fitbit app and then upload it manually on the Strava webpage.Is there a setting or configuration I am missing that would allow this to automatically sync? If this is not currently supported, can the Fitbit-to-Strava sync described here (Fitbit and Strava) be extended to include all exercises with a GPS track?I asked this same question on the Fitbit community forum (

Hi everyone, I have had Huawei GT6Pro for couple of months now. When I go a walk I leave my Samsung phone at home and after workout it syncs with Strava when I get back home. I had no issues.For some reason the 180 Minute Sweat and the walk 100K steps challenges is not showing progress but all the other challenges are. I contacted Strava support and got some links for help, But cant figure it out, The only thing I can think of is, Do I need to take the phone with Me to count the steps through the Strava app?
