Hello,

 

Garmin Support confirmed that they have received multiple reports of users getting the “Invalid Garmin Credentials” page when attempting to link Garmin Connect with Strava. According to Garmin, their engineers investigated and determined this was an issue on Strava’s side, and a fix was reportedly implemented.

 

However, I am still unable to reconnect my Garmin Connect account. Garmin Connect syncs normally with my Forerunner 55, I can log in successfully on both the app and website, and Garmin Support has already ruled out an issue with my Garmin account.

 

The Garmin authorization step still fails and returns “Invalid Garmin Credentials” every time I try to reconnect through both the Strava app and the Strava website.

 

Could you please check if there is still an account-specific authorization issue or a remaining problem on Strava’s side preventing Garmin Connect from linking to my Strava account?

If the issue persists and the tipps available in the net don’t help you have to contact the Strava support for it.
