Recently I started to run with Suunto Race S watch. While I quite like this watch, it has one significant for me disadvantage compared to my old Garmin Fenix 7X - support for Strava Live segments.With Garmin Fenix 7X, I can have up 100 segments synced to the watch, and downhill running segments are synced (despite what Strava’s support article claims). Just to be clear, downhill cycling segments are not synced, but downhill running segments are. That is great, because I live in a hilly area with a lot of downhill running segments, especially when that is applied to trail running segments.Now, with Suunto Race S, the number of synced live segments is limited to only 20, and downhill running segments are not synced. I wonder whether these limitation come from Strava or from the device specific implementations? The main problem with the very small number of synced segments is that I pretty much can no longer star segments. Anyone else having this problem.  Seems like its been a problem since i can remember, years or more.First of all, i have been a member since February 17th, 2014 and a premium member since June 13th, 2018.  I don’t know if its because of how long i have had my account, but on the APP (not computer), i cannot see ALL of my Followers, or all those i am following. It stops loading after a few hundred.I am following 525 and i have 558 followers, but not all load for eachI read somewhere that Strava only allows you to see 200 Followers and lets you see that you are following 200 on the APP.  I don’t know if this is true, but it seems like a bug AND should be fixed for Premium users..

Hi Strava Community,I’m using an iPhone 14 to record my Strava runI always observe that my distance is always longer than my friend on the same courseFor exemple : this WE I ran “20km de Paris”, my Strava dispay 20,92km instead of 20km !It’s a huge error around 5% If I try to correct it by strava it’s worst with 22km ! I shared with you all my gpx file, maybe it can help to understand and I hope find a solutionThanksLoïc 

My avticites is not upploding to Strava from Garmin since the last update at Wednesday.

I have been using my Samsung Galaxy Watch together with Samsung Health on the phone, and syncronizing sessions to Strave for many years. Always getting the pulse data also to sync, but not the last session. I do not know of any changes during the last week, between a session with pulse data, and the latest one without.Have anyone else out there faced a similar problem, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

Hello,I did some hill climb repetition yesterday. The data is correct on Garmin: 8.51Km at 6:18/km and 236m ascent and a duration of 53min34. Everything is fine on my watch and on Garmin connect, but apparently not on Strava. Strava only pull up 8.51 for a duration of 6s, which got it flagged, obviously.It’s the first time I have an issue with an activity imported from my watch, the treadmill flag is off, and I don’t get why Strava is not importing the correct data. Any idea what could go wrong? Here’s a link to the activity, if that helps: https://www.strava.com/activities/16083789430

Hello.I have two iPads both with Strava and the Rouvy app connected to Strava on both iPads.My ROUVY data appears on one iPad and my outdoor cycling data appears on the other.Neither sets of data appear together on both iPads.Any ideas how to resolve this?

Several times now my Apple watch is stopping with low battery after a run with Strava. I record my 50 min run in my watch (series 6) with battery on ~50%.Soming back home, before I can synchronize the run, the watch suddenly turns off due to low battery power. If I can manage to synchronize the run immediately as I get home, the battery level remains OK.Also the recharging, getting back to live takes longer  and it drains the battery down immediately as long the run ist not synched. After synching everything is back to normal. Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hello - my swim which is imported from my Garmin Forerunner 645 music is being calculated incorrectly by Strava. The pace is showing as 1.59/100m however the lap analysis shows that no lap exceeds 1.55 (see images below). On my Garmin app the pace is showing as 1.53. Any way to fix this please? Thanks  

For a defunct watch app (MOOV) or MoovNow, support for that app is long dead but the watch remains better than current watches for what I do.  I wish to port all the data to Strava before it goes away.  I am not a developer, but they are all gone.  The error is Error403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded - it asks that developers contact Strava but there are none.  How can a consumer ask Strava to allow the upload (which seems to have once worked)?  the app attempts to get authorized and then fails.

Currently, I have 5 activities stuck on my Apple Ultra watch as unsynced that are not showing up on my Strava. Please help! I have closed the Strava app on both my apple watch and iPhone, restarted both my apple watch and iPhone, and made sure I have wifi and that they are connected to Bluetooth but no luck. I am not sure what else to do. Since I’m prepping for a half marathon I would like to have the data.

Did an indoor pool swim yesterday. Chose the Indoor Swim mode in the Strava app on my Apple Watch and swam ½ a mile. The watch showed the time passing, but never any distance. When the activity was uploaded to Strava, it only uploaded heart rate, no distance, no time. What did I do wrong?

Yesterday i was trying Sync my aktivity. But data was lost somewhere in proces. Aplication said me when i have bad connection. But later i discovered when aktivity is nowhere to fond.

Mapped a route this AM I wanted to ride. Started out, had Strava running on my iPhone following the route I’d created then saved. At about 2/3’s along the way cellular / GPS got lost, so Strava quit keeping track of my ride metrics? Once I’d realized the signal was back Strava looked to be back at the Home Page so I started a Ride from that point until I finished.Is the ‘lost’ interval data gone forever or can it be recovered? If I can get that back, can the two rides be combined into one?This is the first time I’ve had this happen. Signal’s usually pretty good where I am, but the route I’d saved today was into some new territory so I guess I learned something new eh?

I have zepp app installed and device is mi band 7I have also synced to strava android app which  paired successfully... but unable to see heart rate during Any activity done…In zepp app I'm able to see heart rate but not on strava… Please help I also couldn't  see the data permission tab for enabling heart rate allow access I have also tried to use older version of strava but still unable to find data permission options for enabling heart rate.... Thanks and regards

I have noticed that in the last couple of my runs the time used for calculating Average Pace is no longer Moving Time, but the whole duration of recorded activity. I am using my Suunto watch and app to track my runs and syncing them with Strava, and I run the same route (commute), so I have a nice comparison between apps to show that. Hi, I’ve noticed a strange behavior after upgrading from Apple Watch SE to Apple Watch Ultra 3. When I start a run with the Apple Fitness on my watch, the activity syncs to Strava. In Strava, the source is shown as Apple Health, not Apple Watch Ultra 3. All permissions are enabled: Strava is connected to Health, Strava has full read/write access, and Motion & Fitness permissions are on. I also have the Strava app installed on my watch, but I prefer using the native Workout app for recording. With my previous Apple Watch SE, Strava used to display the source as “Apple Watch SE” (even when I recorded with the native Workout app). After switching to Apple Watch Ultra 3, the exact same workflow only shows “Apple Health” as the source.My question: Is this the expected behavior now (Strava always labels the source as Apple Health if the activity comes via Health)? Or could something be misconfigured, since it used to show “Apple Watch” before? I tried to reinstall Strava on wat

Hello I have just bought a Apple Watch and now I see that I can’t put routes fro Strava to my watch, like Garmins turn by turn. can I do something or do I have to by another watch ? 

All, is this some kind of bug? Heart rate font colour is in black (same as background) and not visible since last update. Visible when in auto pause and the background colour changes in yellow 🙄.

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded from an Apple Watch Series 7 to a Series 11 and since then I’ve been having issues with how my workouts appear in Strava. When I record workouts in the Apple Workout app, they sync to Strava via Apple Health but the source always shows as “Apple Health” instead of “Apple Watch Series 11”In the Strava app on my iPhone, under Settings → Manage apps and devices, I constantly see the message “Accept permissions for Apple Watch” — even though I’ve already granted all permissions. What I’ve tried so far:Reinstalled Strava on both my iPhone and Apple Watch Restarted both devices Revoked and re-granted all Apple Health permissions (Workouts, Heart Rate, etc.) Checked Motion & Fitness permissions are enabled Reconnected Strava to Health multiple times Despite all this, the message still appears and Strava is not recognising my Series 11 correctly. Has anyone else experienced this with a newer Apple Watch model? Yoga from Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 not updated in Strava!

Over the past 3 weeks I've had 3 or 4 instances of the overall time of the run being incorrect. Distance measurement seems to be fine but, as seen in the screenshot below, the last two kms of this run made me appear like a world-class athlete (definitely not the case).I'm wondering whether this issue is to do with the strava recording or may be something to do with my phone's (Samsung S21) GPS being inaccurate. Some runs the result seems to be okay but these incorrect ones are annoying as they affect my data.Has anyone had a similar issue?
