I have been on a run this morning (approx 07:40) and it is 15:03 and still no upload onto Strava. The run has been recognised on Garmin Connect but not my Strava. Ordinarily the upload is near instant. I have logged out of Strava and back in again. As well as pressing sync a few times.

Strava had reported issues at that time. If the problem doesn’t solve by itself you can export a TCX file of the activity from Garmin Connect Web and upload the file on the Strava website https://www.strava.com/upload/select

Yes, me too. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting Garmin Connect in Strava, but no change.
Neither service shows any outages. Tech companies, bah!
