Strava seems like a scam. I'm trying to cancel my free trial and upcoming annual charge but Strava won't help

Hi there,

I signed up on my apple iphone to try a free trial and now trying to cancel.  I can’t cancel through my subscriptions on the apple iphone, nor do i see a way to cancel on the web.  I’ve followed guidance from the Strava chatbot and have had no success.

Also when they say what email they will contact its some private relay email address, even though they sent a receipt to my personal email.

I’ve basically told the chatbot that I will flag a charge from them as fraudalent since I’ve reached out multiple times.  I haven’t heard from them at all.

Anyone else have the same problem?  This seems like a total scam.

Hi ​@nick44, skip the chatbot, that's useless tbh, you need to reach an actual human at Strava Support. 

Here’s how to file a Support ticket:

https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917777-How-Do-I-Contact-Strava-Support

(There’s also an email address mentioned in the article in case the ticket submission doesn't work for you for whatever reason.)

Note - from my previous experience, the first response to a ticket is usually a list of articles possibly matching your question, if that  happens then just respond to that saying that the issue isn't resolved and that you still need help. 

fingers crossed that it gets sorted out soon.
