Hi all,I just got my Amazfit watch and am trying to link my Strava account to the Zepp app.When I click on where it says “Unlink,” a page loads of search results like I just searched using the URL Zepp/Strava needs to load.Attached is a screenshot.How do I fix this?Please help.Thank you.

Did an indoor pool swim yesterday. Chose the Indoor Swim mode in the Strava app on my Apple Watch and swam ½ a mile. The watch showed the time passing, but never any distance. When the activity was uploaded to Strava, it only uploaded heart rate, no distance, no time. What did I do wrong?

Yesterday i was trying Sync my aktivity. But data was lost somewhere in proces. Aplication said me when i have bad connection. But later i discovered when aktivity is nowhere to fond.

Mapped a route this AM I wanted to ride. Started out, had Strava running on my iPhone following the route I’d created then saved. At about 2/3’s along the way cellular / GPS got lost, so Strava quit keeping track of my ride metrics? Once I’d realized the signal was back Strava looked to be back at the Home Page so I started a Ride from that point until I finished.Is the ‘lost’ interval data gone forever or can it be recovered? If I can get that back, can the two rides be combined into one?This is the first time I’ve had this happen. Signal’s usually pretty good where I am, but the route I’d saved today was into some new territory so I guess I learned something new eh?

I have zepp app installed and device is mi band 7I have also synced to strava android app which  paired successfully... but unable to see heart rate during Any activity done…In zepp app I'm able to see heart rate but not on strava… Please help I also couldn't  see the data permission tab for enabling heart rate allow access I have also tried to use older version of strava but still unable to find data permission options for enabling heart rate.... Thanks and regards

I have noticed that in the last couple of my runs the time used for calculating Average Pace is no longer Moving Time, but the whole duration of recorded activity. I am using my Suunto watch and app to track my runs and syncing them with Strava, and I run the same route (commute), so I have a nice comparison between apps to show that. Hi, I’ve noticed a strange behavior after upgrading from Apple Watch SE to Apple Watch Ultra 3. When I start a run with the Apple Fitness on my watch, the activity syncs to Strava. In Strava, the source is shown as Apple Health, not Apple Watch Ultra 3. All permissions are enabled: Strava is connected to Health, Strava has full read/write access, and Motion & Fitness permissions are on. I also have the Strava app installed on my watch, but I prefer using the native Workout app for recording. With my previous Apple Watch SE, Strava used to display the source as “Apple Watch SE” (even when I recorded with the native Workout app). After switching to Apple Watch Ultra 3, the exact same workflow only shows “Apple Health” as the source.My question: Is this the expected behavior now (Strava always labels the source as Apple Healt

Hello I have just bought a Apple Watch and now I see that I can’t put routes fro Strava to my watch, like Garmins turn by turn. can I do something or do I have to by another watch ? 

All, is this some kind of bug? Heart rate font colour is in black (same as background) and not visible since last update. Visible when in auto pause and the background colour changes in yellow 🙄.

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded from an Apple Watch Series 7 to a Series 11 and since then I’ve been having issues with how my workouts appear in Strava. When I record workouts in the Apple Workout app, they sync to Strava via Apple Health but the source always shows as “Apple Health” instead of “Apple Watch Series 11”In the Strava app on my iPhone, under Settings → Manage apps and devices, I constantly see the message “Accept permissions for Apple Watch” — even though I’ve already granted all permissions.

Yoga from Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 not updated in Strava!

Over the past 3 weeks I've had 3 or 4 instances of the overall time of the run being incorrect. Distance measurement seems to be fine but, as seen in the screenshot below, the last two kms of this run made me appear like a world-class athlete (definitely not the case).I'm wondering whether this issue is to do with the strava recording or may be something to do with my phone's (Samsung S21) GPS being inaccurate. Some runs the result seems to be okay but these incorrect ones are annoying as they affect my data.Has anyone had a similar issue?  

Hi, how can I connect my honor band 9 to Strava? Everytime I try it ends with error 403

Recently, I’ve been posting manual yoga activities through the app, and for some reason the time keeps being changed ahead. For example, if I select that it happened at 8pm, once I post it, the posts shows as 1am. Any tips on how to fix this? I’ve messed with settings on the app and in the website, and I can’t find anything related to how to change timezone.Thank you!

At the bike event night, when waiting to go, my Strava app stopped recording the ride. Tonight I stopped at the gate to open it up, and again the Strava app stopped recording the ride.   With any pause in movement, it appears to finish the ride.

I am currently seeing dupe activity in Strava that is feeding on into apple health. i see my Runna run and also a standalone run for each run.  Doubling up.  Hilariously one of these runs tells me I am running with… myself. i run with Runna going on my phone and apple’s native tracking on my watch. what can I switch up here?  When I tried running with Runna on my watch, it failed to track me on gps for half the run and didn’t give me any in ear coaching.  When I switched off native on my watch I got no heart rate data? anyone got hints on how to make this work?

I've tried using the stava app on my OnePlus 3 watch, both times the distance logged is incorrect. The last outing says I only rowed 6m although the maps certainly shows I've rowed more and my friend who's also rowed with me seems to have the correct distance. Have I set my preferences incorrectly? Anyone has this issue and can help?

Huawei Health smimming time doesn't match with Strava when data is synchronized. The activity time matches but pace data differ. Strava adds additional time thus showing slower pace. Does anyone know about this issue?

Hey all, I’ve been paying for a subscription since early August through Apple subscriptions, but the issue is that this isn’t reflected on my account in the app. It still tells me to upgrade, and my support ticket has gone unanswered for two weeks.. After doing some investigation, it looks like the subscription was applied to an old account of mine that was created through the Apple sign in option. The account I use now was created through the FB sign in option.Is there any way this can be remedied?

I am using a polar pacer watch to track my runs. Then I sync it with Strava. surprisingly the data does not match btw polar and Strava. If synching I am assuming that the data from polar is basically just pushed to Strava - so basically a copy paste of the data from polar. But this is not the case and the Strava data shows different pace per km which is really weird. i don’t have my mobile with me during the run - only my

I have a Galaxy Fit 3. I have been running outside and I works perfectly; but when I run inside on a treadmill an choos treadmill for the workout on my Galaxy Fit; Stava does not pick up this workout. I thouct I had a problem with the connection between Samsung Health and Strava, but today I was running outside again at all worked as it sound. So why does Strava not pick up the workout from Samsung Health when I use treadmill in the Helth app?

Hi! My polar flow app doesnt sync with my strava. I don't know what happen because everything was okay last week.I see polar flow connection at the Strava website (my apps) but I can't see anything in my Strava app at my devices. Can you help what happened and why? Can you help me with solution? I've uninstalled Strava, installed it again, restarted my phone and refreshed Strava. Still not syncing.
