Some of my historic apple health workout data has successfully synced over to Strava, but much of it is missing. For some reason, some information from 2021 synced, then there’s a gap, and then the data restarts when I setup my Strava account in November 2025. I’m missing everything prior to 2021 and between Sept 2021 and 2025.

Hi @Mitt, I think by default Strava only imports last 90 days, not the historical data. If you want to sync also the older activities to have your whole history at Strava, you'll need to use one of the data importers - personally I’m using the RunGap app, I’ve also used it to sync my pre-strava runs and it did a good job. (Note, it's not a free app but it's fairly inexpensive, so it was worth it for me.)

Thanks for the tip. I originally thought about the 90 day limit too, but that doesn’t make sense either bc it tracked sessions all the way back to 2021, but then has a 4 yr gap. Maybe there’s something funky going on w the data and Strava thinks those dates are the last 90 days? 🤷‍♂️

Regardless, I just downloaded RunGap and it looks like it’s correctly gathering ALL the data I want it to. Hopefully this is the solution to the issue. Thanks again!
