As mentioned in the title - Roller rides recorded as Indoor ride via Wahoo elemnt roam do not take into account breaks distorting the average speed, neither auto-pause nor manual pause are taken into account when the workout is synced with the strava. thus distorting average speed a lot

Unfortunately Strava ignores pauses in indoor sessions deliberately. This can be seen as failure to correctly interpret incoming activity files, but Strava doesn’t treat it as a bug.

Thanks, such a basic and logical feature, but it seems strava devs are not interested in modifying or adding proper indoor training… as the thread you mentioned is already two years old
