My wife is training for a marathon and has a Galaxy Watch 7 connected to Samsung Health. Samsung health has Strava added as a service. She starts the run activity from her watch. Most of the activity syncs but not all. It’s pretty random how much is not the same as Samsung Health. We’ve tried resync but still getting these strange differences. Any ideas?

I see many old requests and ideas about additional updates and functionality for the Strava Wear OS App that has been closed as “Not planned” while they seem reasonable and important.For me they are a dealbreaker from converting fully to Strava Premium.Customizable screen: With more/other datafields Automatic lap (based on distance or even time) Map view Routes to follow on watchWhat is happening with the Wear OS app? Hello. Today I ran with my <galaxy watch 5> 10,52 km on 1h 12min moving time with 6'51"/km pace using Samsung Health, what is connected with Strava where this activity result was only 5,16 km on 13min 6 sec moving time with 2'32" / km pace.  What the problem, why this difference?

Hello, When reading several topics on watts shown on strava vs in garmin connect, I can see now how you can detect if power meter is used or not in Strava data. Now when checking power data ( average over complete ride ) this is slightly different compared to garmin. Does it mean Strava makes it own calculation? And if so why does Strava makes it own calculation when data is available via Garmin Connect. BrKris

Hi all, I am a new Strava user and am recording my daily Camino de Santiago hikes on Strava. I connected my Garmin (where I recorded parts of the hike, but not the whole thing) at the beginning. a few days in, I noticed that my Strava activities have been overwritten with some incorrect data, which I. An only assume is coming from the partial garmin recordings. When I first recorded and saved these activies in Strava, the data was different and more accurate. For instance, one hike that originally showed 28km and my full elevation gain over the day now only shows 8km, although the title & attached pictures are all the same.  is there a way to restore my original Strava data for these corrupted activities? If so, how?  thanks 

Has anyone else purchased the Strava + Runna subscription and has not been able to sync the Runna subscription? I have tried deleting both apps, logging out and back in, reaching out to support for both companies and have gotten no helpful response. My phone shows the Runna and Strava accounts syncing, but when I get on the Runna app it says I do not have a subscription. I’ve submitted a ticket to Support for Strava and haven’t heard anything for days, and have been talking to Runna support as well to no avail. I am so frustrated because I just dropped $150 for such a limited support team response and no idea if I’m going to be able to set up the Runna subscription. If anyone has had a similar experience and has resolved this issue please let me know.

Will it ever be possible to connect Xiaomi watches to Strava?

Hi.But of a noob so bear with me.I’ve had a Runna Premium plan for a moth or following a training plan and have just linked it to my Strava account. Is there anyway I can have Strava import some of these older runs - I want the kudos!

Hi - my recently bought Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 has issues finding the GPS when I open it pre-run.I've tried resetting the watch completely, giving all permissions to the Strava app, rebooting, clearing the cache, force stop etc, but go through periods of 'error preparing exercise, please try again' on the GPS fix screen when trying to start a run.Sometimes it does work, then other times not despite locations not varying. Not sure if this is a hardware issue but checking to see if others have the same issue...

Yesterday I went for a run, 10k.Usually when a save the activity on my Garmin Forerunner 255 in less than a minute I’ll be able to see it on Strava.Yesterday the activity was normally visibile in Garmin Connect, but isn’t uploaded to Strava yet

Hello,A while ago my audio notifications stopped working and i don't know why. I've already tried to adjust the following settings:- apps authorization;- uninstalled the app and restarted the phone - reinstall the app- tried and connect with my headphones - adjusted the text to speech settings and the language I have a nothing 3a. I hope that there is a solution other than having to do a factory reset.

Having an issue with importing apple workout from health, Strava is crashing(Strava was reinstaled many times). Issue started after upgrading to IOS 26 beta 2, on beta 1 was with no problems. Also noticed that issue is occuring with activities having any map like running.

Hi @For a year now I have the following problem:When I run on Zwift, the data on Strava is displayed incompletely. the training is automatically synchronized. Strava also recognizes it as a Zwift race. The kilometers are also displayed, as is the route on the virtual map. It also recognizes the virtual segments. All other data is missing! This problem occurs in 9 out of 10 uploads and only on Strava. It is displayed correctly on Wahoo and everywhere else. According to Strava support, it is a known error that has been fixed for a year. Does anyone know the problem?

It uploads Pace, Heart Rate, Power & Elevation. How can I add others like Cadence?

I have tried several times to import my Ride workout with no success. i see it on my Health Fitness app, i never see it on Strava app. I have logged out, logged on and tried to Import, no success!I have removed my App from my iPhone and reinstalled, went through the steps to click on Import when i see it and still nothing.  I have tried to create a Support ticket here but looks like they dont allow that?

Like many users here, my runs recorded on my Watch aren’t synching, even after going to the watch app, selecting Unsynched Activities, and hitting Synch. Please don’t erase my runs.

Please see screenshot below.  I am unable to share a run recorded on Strava but not one synched with Strava from Peloton. I used to be able to do this. Not anymore.   2nd screenshot below is a peloton run   

I was recently logged out of my account but the email address that i used to sign up has since been disabled (by the institution that provided the email) and i can no longer log back in (on my phone). On my laptop im still logged in but cannot change the email as any confirmation required is sent to the address which has been disabled. Contacted strava support but not sure how long it will take to get a response. Does anyone know how to change email addresses without requiring access to the original email 

I disconnected my syncing between Strava and EConnected and now i cannot sync again due to the error 403 saying « limit of connected athletes exceedeed ». I tried to contact Strava but told me they can’t help me and send me there so I hope you could find a solution ! Thank you

Hi all, I’ve been on Strava using first a Garmin 530 and now a 1040 for 3 years and 4 months. Nearly 50,000km.I am not sure how it’s supposed to work, but I’ve always had major issues with segments on the Garmin. The issues include:Starred segments don’t always show up on the Garmin. This evening for example, I starred two segments - one showed up, the other didn’t. Segments don’t pop up at all if I’m following a route. I see them on the map, marked in green, but they don’t appear as a live segment unless I stop the route guidance. No segments appear if I search for segments nearby.  No segments automatically appear whilst I’m out (I’m not sure if they should do this).I don’t think it’s device related, as it’s always been the same on the 530 and now the 1040. Could there be something corrupted in the link between Strava and Garmin? I have tried un-synching and re-synching the accounts before, but to n

Hi! My Strava is recording more than I actually walk and my streak on Strava should be about a mounth by now but its like 100 something. Why? I like Strava app but I need to find a new app if it continiues like this….  Can anyone help me? 

I ran a marathon yesterday, which I recorded with my Apple Watch. Ever since, I've been trying to import the activity in Strava on my iPhone. The activity shows up as a new activity under notifications. When I tap "Import" the little wheels keep spinning for a long time. After that it is replaced by a tick but the activity is not actually added to my profile. I've tried many times and it is never added to my profile. The activity shows up normally in my Apple Fitness/Health apps. I've tried just about everything which I could find online in order to solve it. I've rebooted the Apple Watch, the iPhone, logged out and back into the Strava app, deleted the Strava app and reinstalled it, but the activity just won't import. I import activities from my Apple Watch many times a week since years and I’ve never had this issue before. I've also tried importing other activities today and they import just fine.
