I have not changed any settings in Strava, Garmin or Trail Forks in several months but last week started seeing an upload from Garmin Connect and one connected to Trail Forks.  Now the double feed isn’t occurring, and Trail Forks has replaced the direct Garmin Connect feed.   Any idea why this is happening and will it impact Strava in anyway other than Trail Forks automatically populates the ride description and has a link to trail forks activity?

I also noticed I'm getting some activities in Strava that appear to have been imported from Trailforks, which is new. They duplicated Garmin imports. I can't figure out where to disable them.

 

Same thing here I used to get some double uploads from Trialforks and Garmin and now its just Trailforks.  Almost like Strava did something on purpose as an FU to Garmin….

I had the same thing happen! I dug through both apps, you have to go fix it in trailforks. Go to profile settings, then connect devices and services and disconnect Strava. 

All of my Strava data, ride names, etc uploaded to trailforks, who allegedly has a feed now? It feels like a massive privacy breach since I never wanted trailforks for that purpose. I just want it for maps. I want maps and I want workout data. That's it. Stupid stupid greedy corporations.

I disconnected the Strava to TrailForks link from the other side (Strava app) and I'm back to just showing direct from Garmin again
