Strava (pro) not activated after purchasing subscription

Hi,

After the 30-day trial version, I purchased Strava Pro on October 24 for 12 months, and it's visible in my Apple subscriptions.

However, I get a notification in the Strava app saying that my trial version has ended and that I can only use limited functionality.

What can I do?

Maybe logging out and in again could help. It’s also worth to check if you have bought the subscription for the same Strava account that you are using in the app currently.

Is “Strava Pro” the name of what you purchased?  I am not aware of the subscription side of Strava having the “Pro” as part of the title.  I subscribed a long time ago, so their nomenclature may have changed more recently.  Just checking to see if you may have purchased a different product that isn’t the subscription side of the official Strava app.
