U18 policy, image upload

Hi!Does the U18 policy stop automatic image upload from Zwift to Strava? Me and my daughter have identical setups in Zwift. My zwift rides and runs are automatically upploading data, map and images (screen shots). But for my 17 years old daughter does only data and map upload to Strava - all screen shots are visible in Zwift for her.//Anders

Casio G-Shock 5600 huge differences

Using my casio g shock 5600 connected to One Plus North Android phone gives a huge difference in the pace data. Any ideas how to fix this? I've disabled the auto pause activity in Casio and Strava.

Garmin 530 live segments while navigation

Hi, i have problem with strava live segments on 530 while navigation. I have try with rout synced from strava, segments are with Red stars, i can see on edge segments (menu -training - live segments) but not shows while ride with navigation .Also i have do factory reset and nothing :/ maybe someone have fix Segments are one, from GC also i have change to strava

Followers can't see my last activity on their main feed

My last activity isn't showing up in my followers main feed. They only see it, if they go on my profile first and them go on my personal activity feed. Is there a fix for that? Can I reupload my activity for example?

Issue with family subscription

Hi there,I know I'm probably not the only one facing extremely long times to reach (or better said, I still have no answer, 3 weeks after my e-mail !!!) Strava support, but I post my story here, in case someone can help me.I have an issue with the family subscription: a friend sent me the link and I got the following error: “you can’t join the formula, you’re not in the same country”. What makes no sense since we are actually living in the same country (France), and that’s also what is indicated in my (and his) profile. The link also worked perfectly for the two other friends who joined his family.I immediatly contacted Strava Support to ask what to do or what they can do to fix this issue, but it’s been 3 weeks now, and I still have no answer, and the issue is still not fixed. For a paid service, that’s a little scandalous…I do not have many hopes that my problem will be solved here, but if anybody knows how to actually get help from Strava, or better, how to fix this location issue,

Samsung watch 4 unsynced activity

I used my watch to track paddle boarding. I've not been able to get my watch to sync with my account and it is still showing as unsynced on my watch. I have tried a forced sync.How can I sync it?

i have a paid subscription on my app,but my dashboard has an old free account.Whenever i use BKOOL,the data goes to the free dashboard account,and not the paid app account.Can I either delete the free account,or transfer the day from dashboard to my paid account?They seem to both have the same email address

instinct2 base model automatic upload model name indication error

First of all, all firmware versions are up to date (Garmin Connect, Watch Version, Strava Version) Also, I live in asia, I am using the instinct2 model, and if you look at the auto upload sheet, it will be uploaded as the instinct2 solar model Is there a solution?

Apple Watch Health (Heart Rate) to Strava problem

Apple Watch Health (Heart Rate) to Strava problem .. again, apologies.I have an iPhone with iOS 17.7.1 but I cannot get my Heart Rate data from Health App to share with my Strava activity after I have completed a bike ride. Watching YouTube videos the information differs. See two images .. one is what I am supposed to see, the other is what I actually see on my iPhone.I am following steps You>Settings>Manage apps and devices>Healthbut information is not what I expected.What am I doing wrong?

I ran with a friend this morning, for some reason my garmin deleted my run.  I asked her to share her run with me. She did, i accepted the link, but it does not want to process the share. How can I fix this?

Apple Health Swimming incorrect sync

Hello Strava team,When I track a pool swim with my Apple watch (in its own training app) it detects pauses and laps automatically. When syncing to Strava information gets lost. Pauses are added to rounds and the duration of the rounds does not fit. This completely destroys the pace data. At the end, 50 m are always missing (one pool length), and the average pace is also wrong. Attached are both datasets. Is there a way to fix this?

Many activities don't sync to Oura

A lot of my activities do NOT get synced with Oura. I went through the activities completed in Jan/Feb 2025, and 1/3 of the activities in Strava do NOT get synced to Oura. I couldn’t find a pattern that could connect the exercises.Any ideas what I could do?

Strava still counting deleted activity

I recorded a run both on my Apple Watch on Nike Run Club and on strava on my phone. I wanted to only count the time from my Apple Watch bc strava way underestimated my pace. I deleted the strava activity, but strava is still saying my Nike Run Club activity upload is my 2nd fastest time (it’s my first, since I deleted the strava one). Is there a way to fix this?

Creating a paved route on Android isn't working properly

For me this is an old problem but now after a week on Gran Canaria IT was really bad. I use my phone (Android latest version) to create routes just so that I doesn't have to bring my computer on the vacation. The suggestion routes (based on other cyklist) from Strava are often boring and nothing new so I use to create my routes by my own from point A to B to C... and further. I've chosen the setting Road before I start create. I assume that Strava then should pick paved routes between my points but as it happens, it doesn't. It is difficult to check the chosen route on the map though Iit doesn't tell if it is a paced road, a gravel, a trail or even a walking path. Suddenly, out riding the route Strava wants me to get on a trail or a walk path over a mountain. This happens all the time. It's really annoying because I have to stop, check Google maps and the continue. Is there any update coming for this problem or is it a setting?. Peloton Runs not Syncing to Strava

For whatever reason my Peloton runs have stopped syncing to Strava. All other activities seem to sync immediately, but as of the last 2 months none of my runs from Peloton have synced or are able to be retrieved by the Strava app. From my research, it seems like this issue has been going on for folks for over a year without any fix. Very frustrating to have the only suggested solution be to enter these runs manually when every other Peloton activity seems to sync fine - any advice is appreciated.

Power Mismatch between Garmin and Strava

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why my power numbers in Strava for rides do not reflect the power as measured by my Garmin Edge and the Sram power meter on my bike. It’s ALWAYS lower, so times by as much as 20% or 30%. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it? Thanks.

New mobile phone - locked out

I have bought myself a new mobile phone. Put Strava on it.So I get challenged on logging in - it wants a 1 time 6 numeric digit password (which had been emaild to me).InputtedCouldn’t get accessTried again 5 or 6 times around in circles before “The Strava app has encounted an errors. Please contact support if the problem persists”.I have tried deleting the cache, deleting the data, completely uninstalling the app having deleted the data & cleared the cache, doing this and then rolling the phone over before trying to re-install. Essentially, I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to clear the problem  - but I just get “The Strava app has encounted an errors. Please contact support if the problem persists”. Needless to say, although I can (and have) logged in here to explain this using my desktop PC), if I cannot log in to to Strava on my phone to start recording an activity, I cannot continue to use Strava and will have to use another app to record my jollies on the bike!
