Data Syncing from SAMSUNG HEALTH is

Ciao ​@CAHMomile. You can find "correct distance" on the web clicking on the three dots going into the activity menu. There is a lot of difference between the two mileages. Maybe poor GPS signal gives you bad results in terms of datas in Health.

Oh believe me. I tried it web. Yes, the correct distance works when you use strava for logging your workout like runs or walks. But if you just sync the data from SAMSUNG HEALTH to STRAVA? it doesn't have that "CORRECT DISTANCE" and besides, why do we have to correct the distance where it should already be correct?? 😅😅 I am using 3 apps at one phone, 2 apps have same distance, but the strava sometimes lack. 😅😅😅 

Plus I don't get why when I turn on the AUTO PAUSE, when I run then do the walk intervals, it just stops? I mean I am not stopping. I have read that I should turn it off. I did. But the thing is, other app doesn't do that unless I am really standing still. That's the time it will pause. 🤷🏻‍♀️

You mean this right? So I ran 8.9km and recorded  iit with Samsung Health app… but when I get to see the difference in the data SYNCED TO STRAVA.. I’m shocked! It’s just half! 🤷🏻‍♀️

i came here for the exact same issue. it's always so random. sometimes the distances are pretty close, sometimes not. same with the pace. i tried to do a chill zone 2 run, samsung app tells me it was a 9:07/km and strava says it was 6:58/km. i'm pretty sure samsung is more accurate because i was barely jogging. but what i don't understand is that I'm not recording with strava, I've just connected the apps. it should just be samsung health app writing to strava so both should show the exact same stats??

​@sultaneqalbam i still haven’t had any work around with this because even after I downloaded the GPX file to manually upload to strava, if’s still WAY DIFFERENT! the pace, and distance! Once I had a 7 or 8k walk for like an hour and when it syncs in STRAVA it was 4K in an hour 🙃🙃🙃

I have the same issue in the last two activities. 

Could it be because of pausing the run? 

I had the same issue with a half marathon yesterday with me losing 23 minutes of my run 

I deleted it and did it manually but it's a massive difference
