Hello Strava Community,I hope everyone is doing great! I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’ve been facing when trying to share my Strava activities directly to Instagram. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided in the forums, I’ve had no luck resolving the problem. Here’s a summary of what I’ve already tried:Both Strava and Instagram apps are updated to the latest versions. I’ve logged out and back in on both apps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps to reset their connections.Unfortunately, when I attempt to share an activity from Strava, Instagram doesn’t appear as a sharing option. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I see, which might provide more clarity.What’s been particularly frustrating is that I’ve reached out to Strava Support multiple times since December, but I haven’t received any response. Hi, anyone else finding the Strava App freezing when viewing Progress tab and scrolling through past the Training Log and hangs showing April month’s recap? It sometimes just show “Loading” but I have to exit the app and start again.  I just want to track the relative effort from the past weeks and used to see it on this page but that seems to have stopped for some weeks. Just tried logging out from the App, remove App, restart phone, get app, log in, restart phone but that didn’t resolve it.  Any ideas? 

The pace computed by Strava is incorrect because I swam continuously. The Iphone is partially immersed… Why  these non existing stops during à continuous Swimming ? Thanks a lot for helping 

I have just completed a cycle - of 56km, but there seems to have been a GPS glitch and Strava isn’t showing the whole route and is showing the wrong distance (22km). Is it possible to correct this somehow?

The app is updating me when I stop (pause) and start (resume),but it’s not updating me on the kilometers and pace I’m running.

I have used my Garmin watch to track all activities for over a year. It has always included heart rate data.This week, I'm tracking runs as usual using my watch, but heart rate data isn't included on my strava summary (it shows heart rate in my garmin app). All other data from my run syncs to strava.I have checked the settings and have consented to sharing health data.How do I get strava to show/sync this data again!? And why has it suddenly stopped?

When in a segment, the screen shows the screen as green rather than showing my progress vs prior runs on this same segment. Is this a glitch or a new feature that I don’t understand? 

I tried connecting my amazfit active 2 to Strava and did a run. The gear shows just amazfit active instead of active 2. As suggested by others disconnected both apos, manually downloaded gpx/fit files and manually uploaded on strava website. Still the gear shows wrong. I want it to be displayed as Active 2 instead of just Active. Any help.. 

Hi,(I hope I posted this in the correct section, please bear with me if not)I just recently updated the Android app on my phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro), and it seems I can no longer access my profile. I used to be able to do this by tapping on the “You” button on the bottom right and then there was a button on the top (a clipboard icon, I think?) where I could see my profile. I used this to check my shoes (I always used whichever pairs had fewer miles on it), but now I can no longer do that. Is this a feature or a bug, or did it simply relocate somewhere else?Thanks

When on a Live Segment (on my Garmin 1030), the positive and negative time differences are the complete opposite of what you’d expect if you’ve ever watched a sports event on the TV.For example on Il Giro right now - When a rider/group is behind the leader, they are listed with +minutes:seconds (Positive value)On Live Segment it’s the complete opposite! When I’m behind I’m being shown a negative value. This goes so hard against common sense that I feel like Strava is trolling me.   

I have purchased a Decathlon GPS SmartWatch (Kalenji CW900HR GPS).and recorded three activities yesterday, which were synched to the Android App of Decathlon Connect(https://support.decathlon.de/decathlon-connect)Prior to that, I had connected Decathlon Connect to Strava:Why are those acitivies not visible in Strava?

Sorry can't find an answer or way to do it - does turn by turn navigation work on Pixel Watch 2?Was the main reason I subscribed to find local routes and I would want Strava to track my runs and pace ideally?

Has anyone had and solved a pairing issue between a Series 7 Apple Watch and iPhone? The app on the phone has all the settings turned on but won’t show the orange check mark for Motion & Fitness and the “Finish” bar is grayed out. Thanks!

Hello i try to sync polar flow with strava and i only see a error message, in Red in this picture can you help me ? 

I ran a ½ marathon 3 days ago with the Strava app on my Apple Watch & the activity is showing as “not synched.” I have tried the forced shut down, logging out & logging back in the app & it will not synch the workout. I have done workouts after the ½ marathon that has synched with the app. How do I get that 1 workout to synch?  

I record my activities on my Samsung Watch 7 Ultra (WearOS) using the Samsung Fitness WearOS app.  I am able to mark laps in that app.  I see the run correctly partitioned into laps when I view the activity in Samsung Fitness itself, but when I sync to Strava, in the Strava data it just shows the default of “laps” being delineated at 1-mile intervals.Am I supposed to get the Samsung Fitness laps transferring to Strava during sync, or is lap data not something that is synced? 

I have recently moved, so deleted all the routes relevant to my old house. Now no new routes will sync with my Garmin Edge 530, and likewise the deleted ones are still there. When I go to Connect IQ > Strava Routes > I can preview it, but when I try to 'Navigate' I get error 2050. I have tried removing the connection and reconnecting between Garmin/Strava. Likewise have removed and added the star to the routes.It's quite annoying as I've just moved to a new area and am having to navigate looking at my iPhone...Any ideas please?

When importing a running activity from Apple Fitness, Strava does not import the segments correctly.Here is an example:I did a 20s sprint / 1m30s rest cycle. These are the segments. Here is what Strava shows The segments in Strava have nothing to do with the ones in Fitness. I would like them to be the same.  

There was a button in the top left corner that I could click to get out from the "Record" screen.A few days ago, it disappeared. When I click Record, the only way to get myself to the home screen is to kill the app (at least I didn't find any other). Also the gear wheel on the to right corner disappeared so I have no access to options. I have just a white rectangle where they should be.Clicking on the space where they should be does not do anything.I tried turning phone on/off, I have tried reinstalling app. Still the same.I attach screen how it looks.  

Just today I find I can no longer sync Samsung Health with Strava as the button under services is greyed out. I've reinstalled both apps 2 or 3 times now & allowed all permissions but it still won't work Any suggestions please?

I recently did a 10.4km run in 57 minutes tracked by MiFitness, but Strava recorded it as 8.5km, and if I used the Correct distance feature my elapsed time dropped to 22 minutes meaning my speed was completely wrong! I drop out of mobile phone reception a couple of times on my run, but Strava has recorded the correct route and Google Maps agrees with the distance recorded by MiFitness so I don’t know what could cause this. A small discrepancy wouldn’t be an issue, but this makes it useless!

Hi,I’ve noticed in comparing results with friends that my new Samsung Ultra watch is showing very different results-adding a little mileage and a lot of elevation. Today I ran my S32 Ultra phone with my watch-attached are the results. (both auto pause) The watch is supposed to have improved GPS. Any thoughts?cheers-Jeffattached is the ride

I completed a 14 mile walk yesterday which has uploaded to Strava on my activity feed but didn’t go against my weekly goal or my annual goal. I wanted it to go against my annual goal as it would put me well over my expected goal for half way of the year. Can anyone advise what I can do? Thanks Sarah
