Strava Live Segments are not showing up on my Garmin Edge 530. When I look at the course map, I see the segments highlighted in green. But I never get the segment notification.. However all segments were starred and are synced with my Garmin (they are in the segments list).  How can I fix this?

Recently I face an issue that my Fitbit activities are not synced correctly. All the data are correct: distance, heartbeat and so on. But the GPS track stops in Strava after 2 km, no matter how long the track is in Fitbit. My last three activities face this issue and it worked before without any issue.  I have already disconnect the accounts and connects them again, but without any luck. Do any other Fitbit user face this issue or can give me a hint why this happens? It's annoying because it's start out of the sudden. I have attached screenshots of my last activity. Garmin have just informed me that it is Strava that limit the number of starred Live segments that can sync on Garmin devices to 100.. So who’s not telling the truth??

Infinite saving upon finishing, cant start new run 

help me, why when I want to save my activity, it keeps loading and the save button can't be pressed  

I have an Igpsport hr40 heart rate monitor, but it won't let me connect it to Strava. I can use it and see data on Wahoo, but not on Strava.

My son is getting old enough to run with me and has a cellular Apple Watch. He does NOT have a phone of any kind. You can’t directly install the Strava app (for some reason) on a watch without a directly sync’d iPhone with primary ownership of the watch. Even though the Watch has cellular data. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I can see and manage his watch with my phone, but it’s not the same as the link my phone has with my Apple watch. He uses the native exercise tracking app on his watch. Is there any method to sync the Apple activity data from his watch to a Strava account? So far I’m not finding a solution to even export it. 

Hello, this happened for the first time to me. I uploaded my activity to garmin connect and it transfered to Strava but some laps where not recoreded (Power not measured). However they appear correctly in Garmin Connect. Moreover, due to this problem my activity is shorter than it really was. Can you fix that? Hi, recently my sim card was off for some time and i logged a walk through my apple watch. Later i fixed the sim outage but it seems the watch didnt synchronize properly. I manually entered the walk into strava app. A day later the activity was synced. However, the date/time was wrong… Checking the internet people said need to check the time zone on the strava web page. I checked but it was fine… Now every time i log an activity it is one day earlier, e.g. i did a run on 1st July 8pm but the app shows 30th June morning. That’s beyond frustrating as it messes my apple watch health app completely up (it shows some completely crazy number on active time and super low number on active calories). Is there any way to fix it? I always liked strava app but if it messes up the whole apple health app on the watch i am afraid i need to terminate the subscription… no choice CheersThomas

Hi everyone,I realized strava is importing my Apple Watch paddling workout flagged as indoor activity without a map. The classification can be reversed only on the desktop, but map data is already lost at that point. My Strava app is synced with Health with all necessary permissions and the Apple Watch is recording GPS data for paddling workouts, showing it in the Fitness app.Has anyone a solution?

Hello, I’m using a HUAWEI Fit Watch 3, and everything had been working well until recently. For the past one or two weeks, every activity is being synced twice to Strava. As a result, I see all my activities duplicated. Even when I delete the duplicate entries, they reappear the next time the watch syncs with Strava. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Every time I touch the map of my daily activity the screen jumps to me upgrading.  If this continues, I’m out. You think there’s not a hundred activity trackers?Strava is brutal with the popups. I pay $99/year!F#ck-off Already. I can’t even tap the map without a pop-up. Every single time. If it doesn’t stop, Now! I will delete and tell everyone that asks not to bother with Strava. Holy Bullshit!I certainly don’t need to pay for this complete malfunction. I can’t even tap or even use the map. I’m constantly backing up and trying again to move the map, or expand it. And again. Brutal. 

I have issues with GPX activities syncing to Strava and Samsung Health.I use import from Alltrails GPX file, I used https://gotoes.org for timestamp to sort out the GPX file timestamp into this website, download, reupload to Strava.I did this morning and afternoon. I wait for fewer hours for syncing to Samsung Health.It's nothing yet, no activity from Strava of the GPX file. Samsung Health to Strava is working again, and I walked yesterday and today.I have included screenshots of service to Strava, to the Samsung Health app, all my activities on Samsun

Pretty much what the title says, I use Runna for training plans but when the run uploads to Strava it just comes up with '[time of day] run' and no description although the workout metrics picture does upload.I launch the workouts via my Garmin any idea what might be going wrong?

Hello,I record my MTB rides on Strava with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I made half a dozen print screens so that you can, if you know and/or want, answer one or two questions.The blue line was the path I took and drew after the fact by hand. The red lines are those recorded by Strava.It's like this all the time in every bike rides. Guys with iPhones, is this normal to happen?Guys who have Garmins, does this happen to you too?Regardless of whether I'm in open field, near trees or buildings. It happens everywhere, all the time and every ride.Thank you in advance.

I’ve uninstalled reinstalled Strava. Gave permission to both Samsung Health and Strava to talk to each other for the last week. I clear the cache too. I have premium that I pay for too. But fro the strava side it says there is a connection error

My Apple Watch multi sport workout doesn’t contain any GPS, distance and speed data when imported to Strava. Even changing the workout type to Ride (it’s just workout initially), this data doesn’t come up. While multi sport support was always bad, my last triathlons still contained the data (just showed up as one continuous workout see here for a thread on the problem https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/apple-multisport-activities-showing-up-as-1-activity/m-p/34241#M6330) It appears that sometime in the last months Strava changed to the worse by actively excluding any distance, speed and GPS data from Apple multisport and there is no sensible workaround afaik.

Hi, recently strava is not showing my calories for my runs but it is showing for my walks and gym sessions. I haven’t changed any settings and I’ve also checked that all settings are correct.  I have a garmin fenix and it’s connected to garmin. 

Google Fit does not allow users to manually delete data synced from third-party apps.If I want to delete the activities in Google Fit that synced from Strava,how should I do？Just delete the activity in Strava and keep connection with Google Fit?

Does anyone know of any workaround to sync an Aolon watch's heart rate data to Strava? The watch seems to be automatically syncing other metrics like pace, calories, steps, cadence, etc except for the heart rate and there isn't any obvious options on the app to sync it. Brand: AolonModel: Tetra R4

Anyone else not receiving push notifications on Android?I have a Pixel 9a.Push notifications are enabled in the app and in the app permissions. I already reinstalled the app (with rebooting my phone in between) to no avail.This seems to be a recurring issue. I've had it not work for months before.

I logout out pf the app for some reason, and as I logged back in with my usual gmail, using the social login alternative, a new and empty account was created. I have tried all the tips pm forums and support pages. Nothing helps. How do I roll back?
