I logout out pf the app for some reason, and as I logged back in with my usual gmail, using the social login alternative, a new and empty account was created. I have tried all the tips pm forums and support pages. Nothing helps. How do I roll back?

I use an Apple Watch 5 and the Strava app to track my activities and everything works fine -- distance, heart rate, etc. shows up every time and seems basically correct.I recently started cycling. The tracking works fine, but for some reason there's no heart rate data -- that section of my cycling activities says I should use a heart rate monitor if I want heart rate data. Why would this be happening? Do I need to somehow switch "on" the heart rate data for cycling somewhere? (The heart rate data is still showing up for running, and when I look in Apple's native health app, I can see that the watch has recorded heart rate data while I was cycling, so it's not that the watch is not recording it.) Thanks!P.S. And yes, I have the most recent version of the app.

Hi all, my most recent ride had an error when I tired uploading it, so I clicked cancel, back to the map screen which visually showed my whole route like I was gonna continue the ride, and then I clicked finished and uploaded it, and the map, max speed, and elevation all disappeared, it was an important ride I’d really like uploaded, any suggestions?

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 10. I use Apple Fitness on my watch to start my workout and import the activity through Strava app later once it is ready. I have attached my settings below, so there is no reason this should be happening… I have also removed the activity and toggle the settings and re import the activity, yet no prevail. 

Hi Community,I’d like to report a bug regarding activity type synchronization when inviting another athlete to a recorded swim activity.Here’s the issue:I recorded a swim activity using my Amazfit T-Rex 3 and uploaded it to Strava. The activity is correctly recognized and categorized as “Swim.”I then invited my girlfriend (who swam with me) to the activity by adding her on Strava.After she accepted the invitation and the activity appeared on her profile, it was incorrectly categorized as a “Bicycle Ride” instead of a “Swim.” This seems to be a bug in how activity types are handled for invited athletes. We both swam together, so the activity should remain a “Swim” for both participants. Let me know if you need any additional info from my side. Thanks in advance!

Bonjour, nouvelle sur Strava, j’utilisais jusqu’à présent les applications Adidas Running et Komoot. Je ne parviens pas à me faire guider vocalement lorsque je choisis mon itinéraire, je ne suis pas prévenue lors des intersections et je dois systématiquement vérifier mon trajet sur mon téléphone.Autre point. Lorsque je lance un itinéraire depuis mon téléphone, les indications ne sont pas relayées  sur mon Apple Watch alors qu’elle est bien connectée.  Et si je lance l’activité depuis mon Apple Watch, je n’ai pas la possibilité de choisir un itinéraire. Par contre le chargement de l’activité terminée se fait correctement .Merci d’avance de votre aide et de vos conseils et belle journée.!

High school runner here, who’s trying to log their miles on Athletic.net. I am participating in the HOKA Summer Mile club, where you run a total of 100 miles over the summer. You can track your miles by syncing Athletic.Net  to Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit. I have tried syncing Athletic.Net and Strava, but nothing is getting uploaded on Althletic.net. I’m not sure why it’s working, but I think the most I have done is just linked my Strava profile on my Althletic.net profile.  My coach says he is unable to see any of the workouts I have posted, beside the ones I put in manually. According to him, althetic.net says I haven’t even claimed by bio. Which is the “Claim this athlete” button. You it see next to the person’s name when viewing their name on the website. It can even be in their workout logs.  However, I don’t see that butto

After a workout this morning I had the first realistic heart rate in weeks. Then I did a walk this afternoon and my heart rate went from 76 to 119 in the first minute and stayed at 119 without any change for 35 minutes. The terrain was undulating with some steep stairs and climbs and thus 119 throughout is most unlikely. Could you, Strava IT people, please take this info into account and have another look at the software. Thanks.

Hi,Strava doesn’t save heart rate after workout. It is connected to sensor, dispplays heart rate during workout but after finish and save - it is not displayed in App. All permissions are ok. Thx!

Hi, I wanted to connect my Nike to my Strava. I did all the right steps to connect and when I get to the authorise page the box on the section “see my public profile (required)” is checked off but the highlight is not the same colour as the other two boxes and it says error at the top. I tried making all my Strava options open for everyone to see as I was private. But still it won’t connect??

I usually record my running activities directly with Strava, but I tried running with Runna for the first time recently and had it import my run into Strava. I also recorded on Apple Fitness, which imported into Strava. Why are the stats so wildly different across the three platforms? I looked back in my activity history and these discrepancies are a rather common occurrence with Apple Fitness imported activities. Now that I’m training for a race, I’m most concerned about getting an accurate idea of my actual pace.

I import data from my Apple Watch. But no matter what I do — turn off phone, turn off watch, log out of app — I haven’t been able to get anything to upload since June 7. Once or twice when I’ve turned off the phone one workout appears to be imported (I’ve done more than one since then) but it disappears when I try to click on it. Any advice gratefully accepted! 

I am a Huawei Watch Fit 3 user. prior to this issue, everything works fine. Whenever I want to upload my workout, I would just connect my heart rate smartwatch, then record my activity through strava. yesterday, when I after I clicked save the activity, apparently, my activity doesn’t record my heart rate trend during work out. Instead, when I scrolled to my activity—the heart rate page—it shows the information that implies there’s no heart rate stored during the activity. And I was confused, because during the workout, my heart rate broadcast was connected to strava and that I could see clearly about where my heart rate is at. today, I tried another workout (walking), because workout feature still doesn’t work. So I think, might as well just try another sport. After a few meters, I tried to upload, and my activity isn’t uploaded at all. When I pull the refresh, the processing activity just gone. i am currently participating in

I’ve been using the Polar H10 with Strava (recording directly on Strava) for a while, and it always connected fine. Lately though, I can see my heart rate during the activity, but once it’s saved, the HR data is gone. Pretty sure it’s a bug from a recent update.Anyone else having the same issue?

Hello,Long story short I needed to edit an activity in Garmin Connect but there is no way to push the edited ride to Strava. I have been trying to navigate editing the TCX file to reflect the details. I have figured out how to adjust the mileage and time, but can't figure out how to edit the elevation gain in a TCX file. Any suggestions?

Hi All,  I am a Huawei Fit 3 watch user, previously my heart rate info (avg HR, max HR) is displayed on the activities every time I broadcast my HR from my huawei watch (image 1). But since 3 days ago my heart rate info went missing from my strava app (image 2). Before the activity started the HR info is displayed, and throughout my workout the HR info still displayed. However once I finish my workout the only thing that recorded is the time. I’ve tried to :Connect and disconnect the huawei watch with strava  Ensure my huawei and strava are on the latest version  Ensure all of the permissions are allowed on both huawei health and strava (data sync and data permissions)

Hi, noticed today that my whoop was transmitting my heart rate data during my workout but once I finished the workout and saved it no heart rate data was shown and said something like “start training with heart rate sensor to unlock more insights”already tested resetting the whoop to Strava connection and to record other workouts and a run and none of those activities would recognize my HR data after the workout was finished (even though I saw the BPM during workout)is there a known bug or so?

I use a garmin HRM pro. I use to see the heart rate after a workout (mean, Max, Zones etc). But now I only see the heart rate in the strava app during the workout. But after the workout there is no results from the heart rate. I can see heart rate resultater from workout I did last week. Anyone know how to fix it?

There may be two problems here: I have used a polar heart monitor for more than one year without issues. then the processed activity started to show graphs which had a flat heart rate intermittently within the exercise. A new battery made no difference. I assumed the monitor had broken down and bought a HRM PRO Garmin. While exercising I can see a heart rate which is in line with the activity of that moment. After the activity has been processed there is no heart rate graph at all. I have reloaded the Strava app to make sure it is the most up to date version. I have paired the monitor a number of times. Nothing gives me the desired result. Please let me know what else I can do or if there is a software hiccup which only you can fix? thanks.

Dear allIs there a way to upload distance for treadmill activities via app or recording devices connected to Strava?I’m aware there is the option to upload activities manually but I would like to find an upload feature for a group challenge.Thank youThomas 

the last 3 activity i was doing, haylou apps and strava moving time is so different. in haylou apps it was 40 minutes while in strava it just 12 minutes. it affect my other info at strava. i connected my haylou solar ultra to the strava app. is it my watch that was wrong or what. what should i do?
