Since 2022, I have been using Coros for swimming, and I have never had any issues with data syncing to Strava. The data has always been accurate, exactly matching the records on my watch. However, over the past few months, the total activity time displayed on Strava has been completely off and inaccurate.

Even when I swim for only 60 minutes without any pause time, Strava sometimes records it as 90 minutes. This means that when the data is uploaded, my activity appears to extend into the future. For example, if I start swimming at 6 AM and finish at 7 AM, Strava records my total activity as 90 minutes, making it seem like I finish at 7:30 AM (even when it isn’t even 7:30 yet Hahaha)

This issue has only started happening recently. At first, I thought it was an error with my watch, but all the data on my watch appears to be correct. Additionally, my friend, who uses the same watch model, has never experienced this problem. It’s also important to note that this only happens with swimming activities. My daily running activities sync perfectly to Strava, with all data remaining accurate.

Does anyone have a solution for this, or has anyone else experienced the same issue?

We are aware of this issue and are working on solving it as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience.

I’ve noticed the same issues with the sync from Coros Pace 2 to Strava. It seems to add anywhere from 20-40 minutes to the end of the workout and misrepresents the actual workout.

Hey @anaszakiw & @Hrozman,

If you’re still having this issue, please contact Coros support and let them know about your swims.
