new version ui doesn’t work on iPhone

would you mind explaining in more detail what you mean? I'm on iPhone 15 Pro and the app seems to look as usually, so it might be something specific..?

Ideally include a screenshot.

Thanks for reaching out ​@Jana_S. I have seen the post, but that workaround doesn’t change the interface. I am attaching screenshots to clarify the issue:

Image 1 shows my profile pic with what appears to be the old version. My buddies profile is shown in Image 2.

Image 3 shows my home screen. You can see the new icon in the upper left corner. However, all my connections are shown with the round profile image (subscribers and non-subscribers alike).

Image 4 shows the list of followers who gave me kudos. In this case you can actually see the new icon. However, if you click on the first follower (shown with the new icon) and open the profile, as shown in image 5, you get the old interface again.

Its somewhat bizarre

Your help is greatly appreciated. It appears as if the new design is only partly available. I downloaded the Strava app an my sisters iPhone 15 (with iOS 18) and logged into my account. Same visual appearance. I truly and deeply hope that you can help.

Thanks for the additional details and screenshots - indeed it looks like the issue I thought it was. Would you mind copying these details to that "known issue thread” and continue there, just in case it could help the Strava folks? Any updates about the fix release will be there too, hopefully soon. (I myself am just a fellow Strava user - so I can't fix stuff, only advise or point people to the right direction, if I happen to know it 🙂)

P.S. - I’ve checked and my phone is on 18.5, not sure if that makes any difference. But if you're yet on 18, it might be worth updating.
