When adding a soccer workout to my activities from my Apple Watch Series 10, Strava does not show a heatmap and my top speed as 0kph.What setting do I need to change in order to show this? Thanks

Hello,I am reporting a sync problem between Samsung Health and Strava that I first experienced on June 30th, 2025, during a running activity recorded with my Galaxy Watch (Support Ticket #3410622).The run was recorded accurately and completely in Samsung Health — including distance, duration, GPS track, and pace — but when synced to Strava via the official Samsung Health integration, some key data was missing. This made the activity incomplete and unusable for my training history on Strava.Strava Support at the time suggested it was an issue on Samsung Health’s side, but they also mentioned that Strava was working with Samsung to improve the integration. Unfortunately, weeks later, I have continued to experience similar sync issues with other activities, meaning the problem is ongoing.Has anyone else experienced missing distance or incomplete data when syncing running act

I am using a Garmin Enduro 3.My Garmin Connect account is linked to my Strava account.The ride distance and elevation is pulled from Garmin to Strava and both show the exact same thing.But ride duration is totally off.I saw someone has posted essentially the same question and the response was Strava is more strict about resting time than Garmin, so in effect Strava will attribute more time to riding, therefore longer ride duration and lower average speed than shown in Garmin connect.Mine is the opposite.I did a ride that shows as 2 Hours and 10 Mins in Garmin Connect with average speed of 24.6 KM/hThe same ride is pulled through to Strava and shows as 1 Hr 35 Mins with average speed of 33.6KM/HThis is a massive difference.A slight difference is acceptable.How to fix this? 

I've encountered an issue with my usual run upload from Apple Watch. Normally, my runs are uploaded automatically, but this time it didn’t happen. The run does appear under Manage Apps and Devices. However, when I try to manually import it by clicking the ‘Import’ button, the Strava app crashes and I get redirected to my home screen.I’m using the latest Strava iOS app version 423.0.1. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I’m experiencing a recurring synchronization problem between Samsung Health (Galaxy Watch4) and Strava for my outdoor pool swim activities. The activities are fully and correctly recorded in Samsung Health (distance, duration, laps), but when synced to Strava, the data is incomplete or incorrect (missing or very low distance).I have contacted Strava support multiple times, but the responses suggest that pool swims are not properly supported or recommend manual uploads, which is not a viable solution for me.I also tried a third-party app (Health Sync) without success.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any workarounds or ways to escalate this technical problem with Strava?Thanks in advance!

Hi can you tell me why when recording a yoga session the Strava timer is not correct . After 30 min yoga it shows about 9 mins 

Hi there, I have done an interval training indoors using a Body Bike which I connected to my Garmin Edge 840. I have Garmin Connect connected to Strava so the activity is uploaded there automatically. I was wearing a garmin heart rate monitor and the heart rate data of the activity was stored and visible in both Garmin Connect and Strava. However, Strava does not calculate the relative effort for this activity. It is 0. Because I cycled indoor, the distance is 0.03 km (it is basically drift of the GPS). Using an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and an iPhone 15 Pro. All of my workouts done on the Apple Watch are saved in Apple Health and push to Strava just fine with all metrics and maps syncing to Strava.EXCEPT FOR SNOWBOARDING.With Snowboarding, I only see the total mileage. That’s it. The number of runs don’t sync and the maps don’t sync. I can see that the number of runs and the maps are saved in the Fitness app on my iPhone and Apple Health.I’ve double and triple checked the permissions between Apple Health and Strava. I’ve turned off all sync permissions between the two and restarted. I’ve stood on my head and held out my tongue…. (well maybe I never did that).And nothing changes. Maps and number of runs don’t push from Apple Health to Strava.Is this a bug? Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to rectify this?

As a former paying member of Strava, I'm highly disappointed with the way many WearOS users have been left out for 6 months now. I have disabled the app integration between Peloton and Strava, which I believe should stop photos of the workout instructor from posting to strava, but it does not. Is there another way to remove these? Alternatively, I believe most people who post from Peloton don’t want the photos of instructors in their feed based on what I see online. Could this part of the partner integration be removed?   

I use a Garmin watch for running. For various reasons I don't want to upload directly from Garmin to Strava. So can I use an intermediate app? I have tried using Nike run club but it hasn't worked so far. I have integrated nrc with Garmin and runs upload with no problem to nrc. But having also integrated nrc with Strava they will not post to Strava after they reach nrc. Is that normal? If so, are there any alternatives?

UPDATE FROM STRAVA:   Hello all! We are going to mark this Known Issue as resolved. As of now, Peloton is working on the issue and if any athlete's are having repeated issues, please reach out to Peloton for updates/troubleshooting (https://support.onepeloton.com/). In the meantime, the workaround would be to enter the missed activity manually on Strava to get the credit for the missing activities.  Not sure where to report this - I put a note up on Reddit and I'm not the only one having this issue.  If you use the Peloton App (I was traveling and using at a Hotel Gym) any classes will usually sync with Strava - for some reason any of the Walk/Run classes will no lo

Hi, Can anyone help please.  Whilst on holiday my phone died from a swim in the sea.  My husband logged out of his Connect and Strava and logged me in both on his phone.  I uploaded my activities.  Logged out.  Cleared cookies he logged himselfback in on both.  I got a new phone.  Got all the apps and started uploading on my phone.  Every activity my husband does automatically adds me on strava still whether im with him or not.  Its also adding my own which I want.  We've logged out of Connect and Strava apps and on the websites.  We've disconnected Bluetooth.  Last step was reset both watches to factory settings.  Its still doing it.  Strava said ask on here.  Connect have been great but can't help.  Please can anyone help.  

I can no longer connect My sigma software (sigma data center)  with strava on one of my computers.The “log in” button does not work (nor do any of the other buttons for that matter)On my other computer I’m still connected, and syncing still works.Contacted Sigma, who say they no longer give support for their software….I’ve tested it with a 3rd PC, that never had the software installed before, and  the same problem occurs.Is there any workaround / fix for this ?

I made a mistake trying to use my Wellhub gifted premium membership. I ended up applying it to one email which also happens to be an old account, but not the one I am currently using. I want to transfer the premium to my current active account instead but the code expires and a new one only issues every 6 months.  

Hello to everyone, I need some help if someone knows something more than I do. I recently became a subscriber to Strava again after a year off and I was hoping that I would be able to use some routes either created by me or by either people. I can not seem to find if there is a button to say export gpx file or something like that. When I download a route i save it and afterwards when I press the 3 dots at the map I have no such option. When saved it says , save to the connected device but it is not saved at my watch. I am currently using a Huawei watch fit 4 pro. Even when I press the sent to button it says the content is just plain text so nothing? Any ideas?

I started a ride this morning with Strava running on my Apple watch. (Learning the ins & outs of a Garmin Edge 840 leaves me wanting a bigger screen.) So I stopped my ride at ~ 10 miles, then shut the Edge down, started a ride on Strava in the app on my iPhone.So I have two rides now: first’s 10.21 miles in 46 minutes, second’s 7.05 miles in 38 minutes.Is there some way in the Dashboard to combine these two into one ‘event’ record?Or can I use my Edge to run Strava my next time out?

So I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6.This week I am in Alcudia and using  treadmill. I have the Samsung Health app linked with Strava so no issues there. I started the app on my watch. And Strava has me down for either an Olympic contender to thrash Usain Bolt out the window or I ran 21 minutes but according to the app... I did 4 minutes. Have attached pics of last 3 treadmill runs  

Last 3 days I get 20-30+ notifications about 'ride paused 'ride resumed on a 2 hour ride.  The messages are usually are about 1-5 seconds apart.   Then when today's ride was over,  it gave me extra mileage for an identical route and faster speed (by 1 mph) than I've ever clocked. Based in how I felt today, I would have guessed I had lower than average speed .I live in metro Atlanta and have a strong signal the whole way.  Never heard this message before 3 days ago, unless I really had stopped/resumed.Anyone else experienced this? 

I am unsuccessfully trying to change the email associated with my Strava account from A to B. I use Google Sign-In to access Strava. When trying to change my email address it asks me for a password, but I have never created a password. I tried to use the password Recovery option many times but never received an email.When going to the account settings page I see the option for changing password but it dissappears the moment the page loads.I emailed Stava support about the issue but I'm not getting my hopes up. I see a lot of people complaing about their unresponsiveness.

I am using free Strava on Iphone.As of this week, there is live speed instead of average speed when cycling.  This is useless. Can it be changed back to average speed?

I see a bunch of posts regarding the power differences between Garmin (coming from a Power Meter) and Strava.  As the nerd in the group i am usually call on to help other with their tech.  On my setup, what comes out on the Garmin exactly matches what is displayed on Strava.  For the rest of our group, the difference is large, Strava is always 30 watts or more less.  So I don’t really buy this theory about handling the zero’s becuase we all ride together.  Does anyboy have any real reason why for my setup everything matches, and for others it doesn’t?  The only thing i could think of would be power meter drop outs?  But with four or five guys in the group having the same problem other than me, this doesn’t make sense.Any thoughts?
