I disconnected my syncing between Strava and EConnected and now i cannot sync again due to the error 403 saying « limit of connected athletes exceedeed ». I tried to contact Strava but told me they can’t help me and send me there so I hope you could find a solution ! Thank you

You have to contact someone at the support of “EConnected” so that they can appeal for a connection limit increase. 


I think the problem comes from Strava because it’s when Econnected demands to connect my Strava account, I enter my mail and password and this appears : (it’s in french because I’m a french people)

I specify I’m not a developper, just a user.

 


Of course the message comes from Strava but only the people from EConnected can ask Strava to increase their limits.
