App Crashing on Manual Import After iOS Update

Hi all,

Ever since updating my iPhone to iOS 26 and apple watch to watch OS 26, the Strava app has been crashing every time I tap “Import Activity.”

  • Automatic uploads are working fine.

  • Manual imports via the app cause an instant crash.

I’ve already:

  • Restarted my iPhone

  • Reinstalled the Strava app

  • Checked/re-enabled Apple Health permissions

  • Created a support ticket and sent detailed app logs

  • Reached out on both email and Twitter to @StravaSupport (no response yet)

Is anyone else facing this issue after the recent iOS update?
Any workaround or confirmation if a fix is in progress would be great.

this appears to be the issue reported here: 

I’ve already asked the moderators to have a look and to bring it up with the devs.

Yes, I had the same issue. Just set my PB but couldn’t import it to Strava 😭

Same one for me, I can import all the activities beside one.. the PR…

Hope the get an update here 

 

*EDIT*
It is mostly likely caused by (beta) iOS26. I’m running it myself too. Switching to the beta app of Strava did the trick. Just check on google TestFlight Strava.

Edit; I have looked at the other thread and most likely it is caused by iOS26 (beta), I’m running it myself too. For now you can download the beta app of Strava and this seems to fix it:
