Hello, I’ve just bought a Decathlon CW500 cardio watch and I’m trying to connect it to my Strava account, but an error message appears saying that there are too many athletes connected and that the quota needs to be increased. Who should I contact? How can I successfully connect the two applications?

 

I have a similar problem. When I connect my Decathlon account to Strava, this bug appears on Strava. What should I do?

 


In case the decathlon IT does’t monitor those errors and the problem persists you should contact the decathlon support, so that they can take steps for raising the limits.


J'étais bien connecté au synchroniseur hub by decathlon et Strava ce matin et après une sortie synchro impossible entre les deux donc j'ai eu la lumineuse idée de supprimer la synchronisation et de me reconnecter mais là erreur 403 idem que vous. J'ai créé un ticket au support Decathlon et j'ai informé l'équipe de développeurs strava cet aprem donc à suivre pour la résolution.
