@Jane11 Hi Jane, it seems like I also have the same problem here. I currently use safari for browsing and I also try Chrome, and it appears that the issue is still remain. Can you give me any solution please. Thank you!

For future people with this problem: You can solve it by installing the Strava mobile app and updating your FTP from inside that (i.e. not from the web page). Solved this with the help of Clyde in Strava customer support.
